I'm not sure what PPP puts into their pizza dough or sauce, but it doesn't disappoint. Always so good .

I'm sorry to say I didn't get the names of the women working at the desk on the day desk/night desk…read moreor driving the shuttle, but they were all wonderful and assets to the Hampton Inn. I missed breakfast at the hotel because of an early flight, but the lady at the desk gave me a to go bag to take with me which was much appreciated! I'm happy to report there is dark roast coffee (the best!) available and all the decorations made the lobby cozy and relaxing. The room was spotless, and the bed and pillows super comfortable, I always manage to sleep well at this location. Whenever I use a tub anywhere I spray it out with disinfectant cleaner but this tub was clean and hair free before it even got sprayed! The staff here does a great job. Please continue to keep the desk staffed and not follow the impersonal kiosk trend. Also, thank you for continuing to have an airport shuttle, lots of hotels don't have them anymore.

I was looking for a decent priced hotel on the west side of Tucson and I tend to stay in Hilton…read morebranded hotels. I usually really like Hampton Inn's so this was a good choice. I booked on my Hilton app and was able to check in the day before. I chose my room and was able to get the key a few hours before check-in time. The app made everything easy and no need to wait in any lines. The room was fairly clean and updated. The bathroom was clean, but the shower curtain was ripping at the rings that held it onto the shower curtain rod. The room was fairly comfortable and big enough for my son and I. The pillows were all very soft, and I do prefer at least one firm pillow, but I didn't ask at the front desk if they had any others so I can't fault them for that. My only real issue was the AC. I like a colder room and tend to turn down the AC to the high 60s. Well I kept turning it down to 68 and it would automatically go back up to 74 and turn off. The room was too hot for me and I like the ability to have a fan on even if there is no AC. The room was just warm feeling and i didn't sleep well when the AC was inconsistent. The breakfast the next day was quite good. Hampton's tend to offer different items depending on the location and this location had a good selection. There were two waffle makers, one standard size and one with 4 mini waffles. There was powdered scrambled eggs, some maple sausage links that were almost the size of a rope sausage, oatmeal, 3 kinds of cereal, yogurt, fruit, and some pastries. There were also 3 juice options. Overall it was a nice offering. Coffee was available all day. The staff were all very friendly. It was a decent stay. I just wished the AC worked better. There was a fair amount of parking and I had no issues. I do have to stay I was there on a Sunday night so it was not very busy.

There were lots of people but it wasn't crowded and there was plenty of room for the tables for selling t-shirts and baked goods. Minus 1 star cuz the floor's concrete and hurts your legs after standing/walking on it for 2 hours. There were chairs but they were all filled up. Most of the chairs didn't have padding either. I don't think added more chairs is an option because there would need to be a riser to lift the back rows up so people could see. As this is a multipurpose facility there's limits as to what can be done. Hey, it would be great for Fight-Club! Oops, I'm not suppose to talk about that.

While I was there for the Comic Con the owner was actually wandering around asking vendors/artists how everything was and was it set up well for them, which I really appreciated. It is a large warehouse and the parking is in ample supply here. It's a little tough to find if you're not familiar with the location, it's behind a large RV sales place just off of I-10 and Irvington. The bathrooms are quite dated and there are only four stalls in the women's restroom. Overall though I think it's a good facility.

My favorite event was the Art walk in April 2026. I really enjoyed the hands on art activities they provided in particular and also enjoyed visiting a few rooms they had open with the artists who decorated them being present. I appreciate that the food trucks they invite to be on premises have vegetarian and vegan options. Can't wait for the next event here!

What a hidden little gem in Tucson. There are a lot of retro hotels being renovated around Arizona…read morethese days, and having stayed at multiple ones, I can say Hotel McCoy is doing it really well. I love that it is a single-story motel, meaning you don't have to listen to the neighbors walking above you all night. Also, they have gone out of their way to make things kitschy, artsy, and cool. There is art everywhere, including fun little treats like chalk and chalkboards in the room. The rooms are functional but not fancy. There isn't carpet (a benefit in my opinion), the shower is small, but has excellent pressure. I will say the beds are incredibly comfortable. Everything was clean. We had a small (retro-style of course) fridge in the room. And even though there was just a window unit, our room maintained a comfortable temperature. (Although it wasn't that hot. I am not sure how it would be in the summer.) I do love that they only have keypads, no actual keys, which made it really convenient to go in and out. There is also a little bistro set by the front door, which is delightful for sipping coffee (or eating your free oatmeal) in the morning. The common areas are fun, decorated with a lot of cool art and old school kitsch. The pool is heated saltwater, which is good for the cooler months, but kind of a bummer in the hotter months (aka most of the year) because it was only April but the pool felt like bathwater. You can't bring your own drinks to the pool area, but they have a lot of drinks for sale in the lobby (beer, wine, cider, no hard liquor), and the prices are quite reasonable. And the oatmeal bar in the morning is tons of fun. Service is slightly hit or miss. Some of the employees were amazing (shout out to Alex!), but some kind of felt like they were going through the motions. All in all, this is a good value motel, and I would stay there again.

Not to mention its closeness to the Airport and minutes for downtown Tucson. One of the important factors too is it has an excellent in-house resto and bar - with really good food to boot! First of all, Sol, the inhouse resto, is set up like a regular restaurant you'd find as a standalone! Clean, well-integrated, convenient and clean. Before departing we decided to have breakfast at the Four Points and were we both surprised and satisfied both in price and quality - tasty too! The breakfast buffet is expansive, with a large selection and a variety of items - more than most hotel breakfast offerings. Breakfast: My breakfast consisted of perfectly soft scrambled eggs, thinly cut long strips of bacon, a tender, juicy and tasty sausage, incredibly good home fries as well as something not found in many hotels eat joints - buttered and cheesed grits. And being a grits connoisseur, I was in hog heaven with their great rendition of it. The walkability and connection in and around this facility's architectural design is excellent - I wish more hotel designers would contemplate this design that is very customer/patron/guest friendly. Having the opportunity to regularly stay over many accommodations across and occasionally outside the country, not a professional hotel reviewer by any means, and not a regular business traveler - but as a primarily pleasure and needs wanderer, I have developed as what I believe is my concise method for scoring the worthiness of each hotel visited. My criteria are as follows and the results are: 1) ease of access to and from public or private ground transportation [Score: 4]; 2) convenient and safe parking [Score : 4]; 3) access, accuracy and convenience of check in and check out [Score: 3.5]; 4) atmosphere, ambience, public facilities, lounging areas and access to an office center and Wi-Fi access [Score: 4.5]; 5) overall customer service - including but not limited to Hospitality, Support Services, Concierge knowledge, communication, attitude and demeanor of staff [Score: 4.0]; 6) quality, cleanliness, value, convenience, amenities (i.e., ironing board, iron, TV, charging access, phone, et.al.) and comfort of rooms, beds, room safe and/or valet services [Score: 4.5]; Taking all the aforementioned categories in a scale of 1 star to 5 stars with 1 being the worst and 5 being the best a hotel can be! This hotel rates a: 4.08. Pretty darn good in my book! Most positive point(s) at this hotel is: very good. Most negative points found here are: almost none. My price to value to overall assessment: probably one of the highest I have found to date. Kudos Marriott. We plan on returning.

I asked why did they not contact me and she stated that they tried.. never did I get an email, or a phone call about losing my daughters quince date. A few months after this, I receive a call from the owner (surprisingly they DID have my new #) asking if I wanted to give my date away, which was for May 20 2017. The reason of her contacting me at the time was meant for another party, she had over booked my date with two other parties because she mentioned to different party events until I mentioned my daughters name. I was furious because these past couple of months I have been looking for another event hall. I stated to the owner how she told me that I lost the date and she said yes but she was not in the office at that time. To make the story shorter.... a friend posted a picture about this reception. I made a comment on how it is a beautiful reception area however, I had a bad experience with customer service... the owner commented on that post. Arguing about my contract giving my personal contract information online in social media, as I commented about this her response was she never had any contact information.... after a few replies back and fourth and no professionalism on the behalf of customer service I showed her and to everyone viewing a screen shot that she contact me on my new number...Her reasoning to argue was irrelevant and very unprofessional. Never did she try to apologize. They only care about your money but no care for customer satisfaction. Be very careful!!!!
