This is a nice little practice in Westport, and I was looking forward going. She got me situated in one of the rooms where I was waiting for the doctor. I listened to the smooth Jazz music, and admired the pictures and posters that where displayed all over the room(s). The doctor came after a short while, and really got me of guard. I don't know why, but I found him unfriendly, rude and nothing of what I expected. I really hoped my first encounter with him to be completely different. The assistant asked me if I wanted to make an appointment after my 1 minute conversation, but I wasn't in the mood at all to come back to this place. I left the office and said "Goodbye" which was only returned by the assistant, the doctor simply ignored me as he was playing on his Blueberry phone. Went in for root canal, took two pictures then told me they didn't want to do the root canal and I should go to the dentist, they then charged me a lot of money to walk out the door, for two scans. When I followed up with my insurance company I was told they didn't even put a claim in. After being told by dentist I need root canal I called again to see what it would cost and was told that they haven't contacted insurance and quoted me over a thousand dollars.
