The staff were so nice when we came into the office and welcomed us in. The wait was not long and they gave me a tour of the place so my daughter could feel at home if we decided to go with them. Dr. Levine was super knowledgeable and detailed with the consultation. He has 30 years of experience and my friend told me she went there years ago and they did such a great job with her teeth. Reason we did not go with them is the distance from where we live. I wanted to shoot my shot because I heard nothing but great things about this place. Pricing is better than North Potomac Ortho too. Definitely shop around before committing, it makes a difference. This would have been first pick if it wasn't far from home.

Dr. Lavine even went as far as to help remove my Invisalign attachments before my wedding, and re-attach them after so that they wouldn't show in my wedding photos. Not any more There have been lots of little things over the past few years I didn't like, but a few weeks ago had a bad experience that didn't need to be one. My daughter had an appointment to get some new trays and we were running late. I called the office- no one picked up (which is typical), but I left a message letting them know when we would be there. We arrived within their 15 min late policy, but the back office said they would not see her because they wanted to go to lunch. I know we were running late and that is on us, but when you still show up within their grace period, they should see you. It was a 5 minute appointment to get new trays. Now we are re-scheduled for a couple of weeks later. Poor customer service!! In addition most of the staff always seem miserable to be there (except for the gentleman at the front desk who greets you with a smile) Do better Rad Orthodontics!!

From the very first consultation to the final appointment, the care and attention to detail from Dr. Kravitz and his staff were unmatched. They made the entire process smooth, reassuring, and even enjoyable. More recently, our oldest son needed a set of retainers, and to our complete surprise, Dr. Kravitz provided them at no charge. In today's world, that kind of kindness and integrity is rare--and it speaks volumes about the way this practice treats their patients and families. Everyone in the office is professional, welcoming, and genuinely invested in each patient's care. We are so grateful to have found such a trustworthy and talented orthodontist. I recommend Dr. Kravitz and his team wholeheartedly--they go above and beyond in every way! Sincerely, Tim Ford

I hate to pull my kids out of school for her appointments, but there's very little flexibility. The facility is clean, welcoming, and the office smelled really nice. Waiting area is clean and outside there is plenty of parking. We got consultations from three places but this was the first one because my client recommended me to come here since she had an amazing experience. Dr.Chen was so nice and informative. This practice has advance technology which is cool! I didn't end up going here because my dental insurance is out of network and the price was higher than I wanted to pay, but I was thinking about paying the cost because my daughter really liked this place but the drive was kind of far. I came up Total Dental Care by accident with a tooth emergency. I was fit in for the next day, and…read morein my many years of going to dentist this was an amazing visit. I had a tooth extracted, and Dr. Sreeni and his support staff walked and talked me through the whole process. I was terrified and they explained every step of the way and even gave encouragement. Later that evening, Dr. Sreeni took the time to call to check in to see how I was recovering. I've never had such a warm and thoroughly explicated visit to a dentist office. The two persons working the front desk were also kind and efficient and took the time to explain the pricing to me. Insurance covered all but my copay and all was transparent.

I was referred to this dental clinic through VA Community Care in February 2026 and completed…read moredental treatment there. During that process, I had concerns regarding the lack of clear communication about my crown procedure, specifically how many appointments would be required. I voiced those concerns to my VA Community Care Coordinator at Total Dental Care. Despite my initial experience, I chose to give the clinic another opportunity and attempted to return for care in August. I was extremely disappointed to learn that the clinic would no longer see me as a patient, apparently because I had previously expressed concerns about my treatment experience. To be clear, I was never rude, disrespectful, or verbally abusive. I simply advocated for myself as a patient and expressed that the process and number of appointments had not been clearly communicated to me. In all my years receiving dental care, both as a veteran and as a civilian, I have never been refused future care because I respectfully raised a concern about communication. What was equally disappointing was that I was never provided written notification that the practice had decided not to see me again. I only learned this when attempting to obtain additional care. If a practice decides to terminate its relationship with a patient, I believe the professional and courteous thing to do is communicate that decision directly to the patient rather than allowing them to discover it later. I will be sharing my experience with VA Community Care because veterans referred to community providers should feel comfortable asking questions and respectfully expressing concerns about their care without worrying that doing so will result in them no longer being welcomed as a patient. Unfortunately, this experience made it very clear that I am no longer welcomed at this facility, and I will seek my dental care elsewhere.

Dr. Fritz…read moresaid that the bonding is not loose and I can likely keep the retainer for another few years before it would need to be replaced. I had gone in asking for a replacement, but he said honesty is the best policy and frankly, this does not need replacement unless you'd really like it done. He did not charge me anything for examining the teeth and the advice - he only would have charged for the replacement, which he himself counseled was not necessary. I appreciate a professional who is clearly not up-selling. He has real professional ethics and puts patient care first. The staff were also extremely friendly, kind and helpful. I would highly recommend.
