You may not remember me, although, something tells me you will. If not, it is because you have harmed far too many people that you simply cannot keep track.
Remember when I came to you for help? When I made myself vulnerable and in exchange fell victim to gas-lighting, abandonment, alteration and falsification of medical records, smear campaigns, cover-ups, threats and intimidation, and more?
Well, turns out your abuse changed my life and gave me purpose.
And I have to thank you for that, because after 4 years of research, I have come to realize that I am not alone. In fact, there are countless survivors who have experienced the same abuse, some of whom are professionals within your system! In the short term you may have saved yourself the embarrassment of accountability, but you have inadvertently added to a growing body of evidence - as per your pattern of behavior.
And herein lies the problem.
I have zero faith that your system can fix itself; it is far too late and lets face it, you will never acknowledge the monster hiding within. Living under the illusion that you acted on self-preservation is pathetic, but whatever helps you sleep at night, right!? ;) That is why you need people like me who are motivated to expose you. The best part is I can stand by and watch your system destroy itself from the inside - like any corporation infected with a culture of fear and intimidation, normalization of deviance, cover-ups, power imbalances and lack of accountability. The environment that your management and administration creates behind closed doors is perfect for abuse, as can be seen in any industry with the same exact qualities. Please continue to make the same mistakes, it is only adding to the large and undeniable body of evidence that exists! It is equally traumatic as it is exciting, every time I see the same exact story in the news! You guys are doing a great job exposing yourselves.
"Alteration of medical records is normal." (Oopsie's - I spilled the beans!)
Oh, don't be sad, I understand why you do it; you simply make far too many mistakes and we all know what happens when the public knows the truth. If everyone in healthcare was held accountable, there would be no money for a healthcare system because you would have to dish out billions of dollars in reparations for those you harm; that is why policy and legislation is written the way it is. Legal loopholes are fun for those who have secrets to hide, aren't they? Ethics simply do not apply when you are faced with butt-loads of skeletons in the closet.
But don't you worry - hope and faith in humanity is still possible; just you won't be a part of it. There are MANY of us who know what you do behind closed doors. Some of us are burdened with trauma but blessed with the insight necessary to expose you for what you really are; corrupt and unethical healthcare professionals who have all the power in the world and zero accountability.
News flash - it is the same exact system you take advantage of in your cover-ups that is utilized by malicious malignant narcissists and psychopaths hiding behind a public facade of do no harm.
Here's a step-by-step guide for exposing corrupt and unethical healthcare professionals. :) **BIG WINK**
1.) See a Healthcare Professional for several months. Secretly record sessions on your phone without them knowing. (Preferably a mental health professional, as the inherent power imbalance is most likely to spark abuse).
2.) After a few months of treatment, ask to review the therapy session notes with your therapist. (Wear a hidden body camera and don't let them know, make sure you get as much of the notes on camera).
3.) Continue to see the therapist for several more months.
4.) Ask for copies of the notes through legal health records. (Takes a minimum 30 days to get).
5.) When you get the notes, compare them with your video. (Most likely they will be changed).
6.) IF they are changed, go see your therapist and ask if they changed the records. (Make sure you record the session).
7.) IF your therapist has changed the records and says no, you now have video evidence to the contrary. Remove yourself from their care and seek out legal council.
*Survivors, if you are so inclined to prove that this is cultural and systemic, repeat this in public, private and non-profit.*
You will suffer the consequences of the largest social movement in history. Your methods of covering up mistakes worked in the short-term, but it will not for the the long-term because it is predictable and therefore, easily proven. :) BIG WINK
I would say that in the next 10 years or so - you will be faced with a full public judicial inquiry that blasts open your closed doors and spotlights mass corruption and abuse. You will be met with class-action lawsuits, policy and legislation will change, and you will no longer be able to use health records as a means of defense.
