If you are looking for a bankruptcy lawyer, look no further!!! John D'Amato is an excellent choice…read moreif you are in the Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse area. I truly cannot begin to praise him enough. From the very first phone call with John, to and through the ENTIRE chapter 7 process with me- John and his executive assistant Merry were unwaveringly supportive, consistently communicative, and absolute experts in what they do. Filing bankruptcy is inundating, time consuming, and stressful beyond belief. Merry (she is the main point of contact after services are rendered) was an absolute darling, incredibly hard working, and relentless to ensure everything was done properly and accurately in timely manner. She alleviated a great deal of pressure from a incredibly stressful situation and made it, dare I say, "easy" to get through. I cannot recommend Merry and Mr. D'Amato enough. They will work tirelessly with you and for you to get you through successfully to the other side of an otherwise very unpleasant process and they will do it always with a pleasant demeanor and a smile on their face. If bankruptcy is your only (or best) option, John and Merry are the light in the tunnel you need! Follow them and you will not be led astray. Thank you so much to them from the bottom of my heart!
