What was most disappointing was that we never actually saw the dermatologist. Instead, we were seen by a PA, who was lovely, professional, and genuinely helpful. However, it felt as though she was sent in response to my expressed frustration. When I later asked the front desk whether evening appointments are typically this delayed, I was told that evenings are usually "hectic." That response suggests this wasn't an unusual occurrence but rather an expected part of the schedule. The recommendation for my child was to return for 3-6 additional wart treatments. Unfortunately, there is no scenario in which I'm going to drive 30 minutes to Paramus, wait an hour or more, and then have a five-minute procedure repeated multiple times. I understand that delays happen in medicine, especially in pediatrics. But if evening appointments are consistently running this far behind, the practice needs to either schedule fewer patients or add more support. Families are balancing work, commutes, dinner, homework, etc. Waiting nearly an hour past an appointment time without communication is not respectful. Scheduling, wait times & office management left a lot to be desired.

Also, I have tried calling the Rutherford office multiple times and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the phone. The phone operator will say that its connecting me to someone that can help. I am put on hold for 15 minutes and then the line disconnects. Absolutely absurd. They would have a higher rating if not for this.
