I was told four times that my money would be refunded. It never has been. I have called there four times in the last two months, first speaking with a women named Jackie, who has hung up on me three of the four times LOL. I have also talked with Toby Steinmetz, the owner, several times as well. Each time he has told me that he would take care of the billing problem. He never has. But now, in this last time that I talked to him. He wants me to prove that I have other insurance LOL. Toby Is directly responsible for stealing 1150.00 from my credit card. I look forward to seeing him in court. And I have a feeling that a Judge is gonna believe that most people don't buy two insurance policies on their old Ford Taurus on purpose.
