I paid in full because they said monthly was not an option. I got a cancellation notice for non payment. Called them and they said the payment was not enough. They sent me another bill that was more. I asked for my money back and they would never give it back although they cancelled my policy. I complained to the states DOI, so almost a year later rather than send my money back, they claimed that I was mistakingly cancelled and they reinstated me and sent a bill. I replied that I want money back not their insurance because I had been cancelled for almost a year and if I had died no insurance would have been available. DO NOT BUY SECURIAN ANYTHING.

They all were kind and listened to my needs. So far, We're really happy with their service and didn't have to wait 40 minutes on hold for their representative. I had to reach out to many insurance companies today to charge something on our accounts urgently and they were the most impressive of all insurance companies if you have to change information with them.
