This is a very tiny place in West St Paul, but they do excellent work and are very easy to work with. Taxes are no one's favorite thing (unless you are fortunate enough to get money back each year...which I am not), but the process pretty painless! The drop-off is quick, they ask great questions so they can identify any potential deductions, and they offer the ability to email in documents if you forget anything. The turnaround time is pretty fast, and the.price is terrific. In fact, I was paying almost twice as much at my previous place which was crazy! They're very reachable by phone, text, etc and are very willing to help explain coverages and reassure you of sufficient coverage. Their pricing is very competitive (I compared them to USAA). Ultimately, for my needs it did make sense to switch to USAA (mainly for certain specific coverage I need & my family's long history at USAA) but I will be continuing to check in with Jen to reevaluate periodically. As well, I'd highly recommend Jen to anyone looking for insurance, or at least to merely consider Jen in your assessment of insurance provider options.
