I think Allianz Life used to be a good company, those days are long gone. 1 star is being generous…read more.I have had nothing but a complete run around trying to get my mothers IRA - I sent them all of the paperwork on a PDF file 5 different times, faxed it 2 times had another agent sent it to them ,and still they can never find all of the paper work even with their conformation numbers ,one day you talk to one employee and they say ok we have it all than 2 days later you talk to another employee and they cant find it all, than I asked to talk to a supervisor that was not possible my guess is they were off napping from all the angry calls. It's hard enough to understand the employees no english speaking employees from what I gather. The only thing I am absolutely sure of is that I would rather pull off each of my toenails one by one before I ever recommended this horrible company!!!!
