She mentioned there had been new staff who made there error, but she was mean spirited and handled the situation poorly, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and humiliated as I left. I understand human error, but that older receptionist with the bad leg really hurt my feelings for no reason and I hope she finds a profession more suited to her standards.

Me and my family have used Franklin Medical since Dr Gendy first opened. I have called several times, being sick and needing to be seen and I can never get to see him Mona or anyone else in the practice. Today my son had to go to the hospital because they were unable to make any allowances to see him. If this is a family practice, there should be some room to make allowances. My son was sick and I didn't feel like the appointment was rushed, he explained everything and did a complete thorough sick visit exam. He answered my questions with kindness and care and gave me comfort knowing I can ask him anything and not feel like I was a bother. Now for the staff from the second we walked in we were greeted immediately from the girls at the front desk. They were friendly, welcoming and patient. The nurse came out and called my son's name just from her first hello I got a good vibe from her, she was so friendly and caring. She was thorough when asking all of the questions and most importantly her kindness to my son and explaining what she's going to do next was so important to me because my main concern is my kids and that they feel comfortable. Then the nurse that called on the phone was so sweet and caring I believe her name was Carmen we are new to the practice so I have to remember everyone's name. Joesph the director of operations is very kind, caring and knowledgeable. He makes sure everything is in order so every patient receives the service they deserve. And just to say this the office is clean and decorated so beautiful I mean that's a major plus too! When arrive, big letters of "We are moving" on windows, another big red flag. They will make one simple visit two or three times, so they could continue to charge you. Anyway, the equipment's were broken here, the assistant are not experienced, they even had difficulties measuring my blood pressure. and then they messed our records again and again, place extra charges and threatening you when you asked questions on the bills.

She has helped me with some seasonal cold and flue stuff and also in finding a solution to a chronic syndrome I suffer from. They are all very well versed in homeopathic and "alternative" therapies but are not scared to call in traditional medicine if need be. In my experience, most practices are all one or the other and hold the other in contempt. For what it is worth, I know that the office staff has been under a bit of an overhaul the past few months.
