I have a border collie and I was VERY specific that I wanted his butt area cut down and just a little trim around other areas. They completely cut him down! His mane is completely GONE! It will take at least a year for it to grow back! He had no tangles or matting so there was NO reason for them to do that to him! They even cut all the hair off his ears! He doesn't even look like the same dog! And to add insult to injury, they charged me more than what I was quoted! What an absolutely HORRIBLE experience!!

I showed up for my new appointment only to be told that they needed to reschedule again. The receptionist stated that she called me earlier and left me a voicemail. Obviously I didn't get the message and never called back to reschedule. The receptionist just assumed I received the message and never tried to recall. My appointment was at noon and I was told that they could squeeze him in, but it wouldn't be till after 5pm. I wasn't just going leave him, so I left. customer lost!!
