I showed up for my new appointment only to be told that they needed to reschedule again. The receptionist stated that she called me earlier and left me a voicemail. Obviously I didn't get the message and never called back to reschedule. The receptionist just assumed I received the message and never tried to recall. My appointment was at noon and I was told that they could squeeze him in, but it wouldn't be till after 5pm. I wasn't just going leave him, so I left. customer lost!!

I then asked if I could get him bathed And she said yes you can and 20 to 30 minutes I said well. The other lady told me that I couldn't today and then the manager said well we're not sure I said you're not sure if you can cut his nails or bathing today she said yes we're really not sure so you just got a wait 20 minutes and see I said well if it's I got a wait, 20 minutes just to see, I'll go take him somewhere else to get his nails cut and so I asked again can I get anything done today and she said she's not sure but that I was wasting everybodys time and should leave and as I left she said you wasted my time all I asked was a simple question and they couldn't answer it. I paid for membership for about three years now to get my dogs nails cut regularly. I've never had issues until recently.
