It turns out Sam's Taxi is a ghost company, and utterly unreliable. Also, the address Sam's Taxi put on their webpage at https://www.rohnertparksamstaxi.com/ is 1088 Golf Course Dr Rohnert Park, CA 94928, which does NOT exist! Understandable that these are uncertain and trying times and we have an immense amount of privilege, but with having an appointment scheduled a week in advance and paid for, I'd expect more preparation and available communication. If this is the way she provides customer "service," I'm astonished that she was able to run her Rohnert Park travel agency for 32 days, far less the 32 years of experience she claims.
