I did receive a text at 6:37 advising that the flowers were left on my porch. I don't understand who would think this was the correct way to deliver fresh flowers. I have ordered from them before but after this experience I wouldn't ever think of ordering from them again. Flowers are expensive and now I cannot trust what they would deliver! It was my first time trying to find someone in the Nashville Franklin Tennessee area as we live in Tampa and prior to that Dallas and Memphis. So first time calling around to see who could help out. I called here and the lady who answered who is the owner is so sweet and so kind and let me know that she had a super full plate that day and that if I was looking to do same day delivery, she would be stretched, too thin, and Recommended one or two other places for me that might be closer to my location to try out. I appreciated the honesty and care that she provided for me within five minutes that I just went ahead and ask well if we could push back the delivery date would she be able to take it and she said of course she could do it the following day!! oh, I was so impressed with her customer service and honesty that I decided I had to go with her and gave her an idea on what I wanted for flowers. I just said some thing white and clean maybe with a little bit of color, but nothing super bright and she said that she could definitely make that happen and gave me a reasonable pricing for the flowers and for delivery. The flowers and dip going out the next day, and I got the nicest compliment from my sister-in-law. Turns out Cala lilies are her favorite lilies and she hadn't received them from anyone in years. She said possibly the last time she saw them was in her wedding bouquet And she was blown away at how pretty they were and I was very pleased as well. After returning home, I noticed an overcharge on an item. I called the shop, and it was handled promptly and professionally by Kim. Both Kim and Mindy are the sweetest. Both reminding me why it's important to get out and support small businesses, and not just shop from Amazon I bought the cutest candy corn socks for my self and a girlfriend. We volunteer at a local animal rescue, we dress the pups up and take them out on field trips in the community. Not sure how we didn't have Halloween socks yet.
