Well, I forgot it's Memorial Day weekend and the first florist was out of flowers, the second was closed until Tuesday. So I called Hampton Flower Shop. I'd never used them before and that was my mistake. They are terrific. Their customer service was great from the moment I called. They were extremely helpful to someone who said, 'I need something bright to cheer someone up! Oh, and add a balloon.' I got a call later this evening from my best friend and he said when he got to the hospital to visit his mom she smiled at him with tears in her eyes and said, 'look at what your friends sent to me.' He said she kept asking him to bring them over for her to smell. My friend thought the flower arrangement was so pretty that he asked for the name of the shop.

I look at photos of our wedding now and I am still in awe of what she and Beautiful Blooms pulled off... I can't believe that was MY wedding! Jackie was also super creative and resourceful. For example, she brought to life a gorgeous, giant flower wreath arch which was used as the altar during the ceremony and then repurposed as a backdrop for desserts during the reception. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the centerpieces, to the cake flowers, to the flower crowns for the flower girls and the flower collar for our dog, the ringbearer! On top of all of this, Jackie's customer service style is amazing -- she's so wonderful and cheerful and a joy to have on your wedding planning team. We can't thank Jackie and Beautiful Blooms enough for what they did... turning a completely blank canvas space into what looked like an actual set from a wedding magazine. AMAZING and HIGHLY recommend!!!

Tatiana even sent me a picture of the flowers before they went out to make sure I was happy. The flowers were absolutely beautiful! Even better than I had hoped for. I had asked her to create something cheerful, outdoorsy looking, and pretty, and Tatiana captured exactly the look I wanted for my cousin. They were promptly delivered to the hospital barely an hour or so after I called Terra Florist. My cousin called to thank us and commented on how gorgeous , natural looking and beautiful smelling the flowers were. And the price was very reasonable too ! I wish Terra Florist was local because I would definitely use them again! Thanks Tatiana! 6 star experience!

Still, he accommodated us and told us what he could do with what he had in stock, what he could get the next day, and what the price would be. VERY reasonable. Other places on the phone quoted $$$. Flowers arrived on time and were beautifully crafted. We had never ordered flowers from Logan, but will not hesitate in the future because they're a family business, they do great work and Timothy especially went out of his way to make sure we had exactly what we wanted for our very solemn day.

I called this flower shop while trying to arrange funeral flowers for my uncle. The owner…read moreoriginally quoted me $185 for a 2.5-foot flower cross, but I said I wanted something larger and more elegant with nicer flowers, so I upgraded to the premium cross for $360 which was on the website. Unfortunately, what I received looked almost identical to the cheaper option and didn't match the photo I specifically wanted. It honestly seemed like the same arrangement the owner first showed me. On top of that, the owner was rude throughout the process. During a difficult time like planning a funeral, I expected better customer service and more care toward customers rather than feeling like the main focus was just making money. basically payed nearly twice the amount of the initial quote for a 2.5 feet cross for a 3 foot cross that looks exactly the same as the cheap option. What I got looks nothing like what I asked for. No roses. None of the nice flowers at all. All cheap looking flowers I didn't want that made me want to upgrade. specifically told him I wanted nicer looking flowers than what he initially sent me and larger. Thats why I went to his website and told him I wanted the premium one and for it to look like the picture on his website which looked a lot nicer. provided full context in pictures. Seems like he does not care about the service he is providing at all and does not care about the costumer. Would not recommend. I asked him myself why it looked so different to what I wanted and what I had payed for . They then gave an explanation that doesn't even make sense. Seems like this place doesn't care to resolve or explain at all so I won't push it and I'll just leave this review here of my experience. Said he's been in business for 30 years . I don't know how he gets business coming back it he does business like this. Take this how you want. Just be mindful going here you might be left completely disappointed and feeling like you've been overcharged and scammed. I know I do. The only reason why I took my time to make such a review is because it was for such a meaningful event and I tried to communicate to him so much of what I wanted but he would always push me aside assuring me id be happy. Well I'm not. And I feel super unhappy with the service provided. can't expect a costumers to be happy if you treat them like this and do business like this. Thanks for getting it there but this just isn't right and I'm completely upset as a costumer. 1.9/10 experience .
