She wrote: "If you have time to zoom in the picture what we did for you and count the flowers stems by stem to see how much more flowers we add in the spray." She also stated: "You didn't add the banner on your order... You email and we are not check emails every minute. I just saw it now and we are not open until 8:30 tomorrow. We couldn't do it." This was shocking to read. I did not ask for more flowers--I specifically requested a banner. A simple phone call to clarify during the day would have prevented this issue, but instead I was left with excuses. To make matters worse, the spray itself looked nothing like the photo online.
