A year ago, racing the clock and armed with the…read morefoolish hope that love could be purchased with a pre-made bouquet, I stumbled into Crown Valley Florist just as the sun was about to punch out. No sterile, cellophane wrapped dozen here. Instead, a woman with the calm precision of a sushi chef told me everything was made to order. And then she conjured magic. A bouquet that looked like it had been handpicked from Eden. Fast forward twelve months and I knew where to go. This time, a man greeted me and led me through a door into what felt like a secret garden curated by someone who reads poetry to roses. He showed me varietals I didn't even know existed, roses with more personality than most dinner guests. He said mixed roses were in. I nodded, trying to act like I was in on the trend, then ducked next door for tacos that were more than respectable. Meanwhile, back at the florist, the same woman, like some kind of floral shaman, was deep in the ritual again, sculpting another impossibly beautiful bouquet. When I returned, a bride-to-be was picking up a wedding arrangement that honestly looked like it belonged in the Louvre. Crown Valley doesn't sell flowers. They compose them. They orchestrate emotion and color into something that actually feels. If you're looking to hand someone a gift that makes time stop, go here. And yeah, grab the tacos too. Life's short.

From the very beginning, she was the absolute sweetest the moment she answered my call. Kathy clearly takes immense pride in creating stunning floral masterpieces, and she absolutely delivered beyond my expectations. The arrangement was breathtaking -- honestly some of the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. On top of her incredible talent, her customer service was outstanding. In my post-pregnancy brain fog, I accidentally provided the wrong delivery address, and Kathy was incredibly kind, understanding, and quick to help. She was able to redirect the delivery and get the flowers to the correct address within minutes, which I was so grateful for. It is rare to find someone so talented, thoughtful, and dependable. I'm so thankful to have found a florist I truly trust and adore. My friend who received the flowers was just as amazed and expressed the exact same sentiment about how beautiful they were. I highly, highly recommend Kathy for all of your floral needs!

1 STAR -- I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LA TULIPE FLOWERS…read more I spent $199.99 with La Tulipe Flowers to send flowers to my sister in California. Unfortunately, the flowers were delivered to me at my billing address instead of to my sister. I had created an account to place the order, and my La Tulipe account shows my sister's California address as the delivery address. However, the final order somehow showed my own address as the delivery address, and the flowers were delivered to my home. I immediately tried to get the problem corrected. I called La Tulipe's customer-service number, but it went directly to voicemail. I left a message explaining what happened. Their voicemail instructed customers to email them, so I did that as well -- only to have the email returned as undeliverable because of an SPF validation failure. I then contacted the company through its website and documented everything, including screenshots showing my sister's California delivery address in my account and the failed attempts to reach customer service. After all of this, La Tulipe ultimately offered me a refund of only the $19.99 service fee on my $199.99 order. That does not resolve the problem. I didn't purchase $19.99 worth of delivery service -- I spent $199.99 to have a special flower arrangement delivered to my sister in California, and my sister never received the gift I purchased for her. What makes this especially disappointing is that La Tulipe advertises a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. I contacted them promptly and gave them an opportunity to correct the situation. I would have been satisfied if they had simply redelivered the arrangement to my sister at the address shown in my account. Instead, I was left with flowers that I had purchased for someone else and an offer to refund only $19.99. I have screenshots and documentation of the order, the delivery address displayed in my account, my attempts to contact the company, the bounced customer-service email, and their proposed resolution. I'm sharing my experience because I rely heavily on reviews when deciding where to spend my money. When you are ordering flowers for someone in another state, you are trusting the company not only with your money but with an important moment. In my experience, when something went wrong, La Tulipe did not make it right. I would not order from La Tulipe Flowers again.
