Far from feeling lost in some warehouse big box chain garden center, here I found just the right plants, not more nor less. Being a novice, I was grateful for the helpful answers to my questions. I needed four different color flowers for my 1/2 barrel containers. Do you have these? Yes, we have some on your list and some very similar. Will these plants thrive in this tough climate? Yes, they fit this hardiness zone for both frost and heat. Are they perennial? Yes, they will come back well each year. 15 minutes later, they're in the ground, looking good and I'm feeling much more confident that I can do this!

The delivery people are really nice and follow COVID-19 rules of 6 feet apart and wearing a mask. The flower arrangements I have received are always gorgeous and bounteous! The flowers are always perfectly arranged and super fresh! On their website you can see the different prices which can vary anywhere from $40 to $300 but I feel that the prices are reasonable due to the type of flowers and la mano de obra!! Very happy with how this issue was handled. Very disappointed. I bought a beautiful, colorful bouquet but what was delivered was pale and missing flowers. I understand that when certain flowers are not available, substitutions are made but in this case there was no substitution for the missing flowers except for a foil balloon (which I don't think it a proper substitution). There is no fuchsia stock, raspberry sinuata statice, or sword Fern. I recommend other florists in the area.

Did not show till 1030 to start prep. We had a party of 50 people and ordered lamb pops, pastry balls, fruit cups, and another items for apps all which should've been served at the start of event. Didn't get served till 1230 which wasn't too bad, first set of lamb pops were completely raw, Linda says "oh they were thick I'll make more" first red flag Lunch was suppose to be served at 130, she gave us a time to 145. Lunch items were Spinach Quiche, bacon quiche, tea smoked cod, shashuka, and a chicken dish. 2Pm comes and food is nowhere near ready. We appease our guests by providing our own snacks we had in our home. 3pm shows and only the quiche is ready, and our brunch was set to end at 330pm. At this point Linda tells us she needs 30-45 more minutes. We called it quits, ordered pizza and told her to stop cooking as we can't keep our guests hungry which we did. She was also suppose to make a cake which was not even started at that point. Only about 30% of our food was actually served and we told her since that happened we want back 20% of the 50% deposit. She states we made her stop cooking because she could've made all the food, by which all of our gusts would've been gone. She made excuse after excuse instead of taking proper accountability, completely ruined our farewell brunch for our friends and family who came from out of the country to come to our wedding. She refused to give us back any money for only serving us 30% of the food, would not recommend and I will personally ensure she does not ruin anyone else's event

I have seen them execute all styles and creative fun ideas for all types of events, all done to their exceedingly high level of excellence in quality and craftsmanship. I have purchased a bouquet and a nice large arrangement from them, but I would like to get more adventurous next time and really push their creativity such as a super cool burn bouquet I watched another customer purchase. The owner, Melanie, and her trustee right hand, Rain, are two of the sweetest folks and both are extremely talented at their craft. They're happy get to know you, learn about the why behind the flowers, and to explore all the ways to make your arrangement as special as can be. It's fun to chit chat and get creative with them. Beyond floral arrangements, they have a strong potted plant selection which beautifully decorates one of their back walls, as well as gifts and locally made goods from local brands who don't have traditional storefronts such as Meemaw's Soaps and Stuff which they carry consistently. I have purchased and enjoyed both Meemaw's Soaps as well as a nice outdoor decoration with stone frogs which became my first decoration to my yard. It definitely added some much needed whimsy to my yard lol. I'm always looking forward to my next visit to Dearly Beloved!
