I really can't say nicer things about Dr. Dyson such a great asset to our community and for our four legged family members. As it would go even during Covid 19 the staff was very friendly, and caring. I loved the way they have gone way out of their way to stay open during COVID 19. I was so worried that my babies wouldn't get their meds and shots. They actually came out to your car and talked to your fur babies. They were amazing with my skish girl. She is scared of her own shadow. Love her to death. The tech came out called her by name and she jumped out of the car in utter excitement. She was so happy that behind that mask was a friendly voice she remembered. They have been taking care of her since she was a pup. I even called the vet up and asked questions about the breed and they were very knowledgable and told me what to look out for when purchasing a puppy. If you are new to the area and want a vet that treats you like family. Dr. Dyson is your vet. No matter how busy she is she will answer all your questions. I absolutely love this place.

They were so compassionate and kind during the procedure and it was easy to tell it affected them almost as much as us. We want to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Dyson and the entire staff at St Francis for being who they are and doing what they do for the entire community of Navarre and beyond. Highly recommended if one is looking for a vet in the local area.

The best part is that we literally live next door. The first visit was when my dog ate an Advil and we were obviously panicked. They took us in immediately and made my dog feel comfortable while still working quickly to get his vitals. We had a bad experience with another vet office where three techs held him down because he wasn't being cooperative. Destin Animal Clinic is patient and empathetic, which is crucial when dealing with sensitive animals. Their prices are very fair especially since Destin is a high-cost area; It's nice to see a vet who isn't solely focused on increasing profits. I highly recommend trusting them with your pet's medical care!

Our appointment was scheduled for 9:15 AM for routine vaccines, and we didn't finish until almost noon. I understand that veterinary clinics can get backed up and unexpected things can happen, but when clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments, their time should also be respected. If the clinic is running significantly behind, I feel they should communicate that with clients so they can make an informed decision about waiting. A nearly three-hour visit for routine vaccines was frustrating and made the experience less than ideal. Hopefully, the clinic can improve communication and scheduling so they can better value their clients' time.
