Dr Tina diagnosed the problem and prescribed drugs which fixed him up within a couple of days. Thank you Collingwood Veterinary Services for being their for us.

This is absolutely THE best doggy daycare in the whole universe! They've recently expanded to a…read more6800+ sq ft area and it is dog-paradise for all those four-legged friends out there. Their flooring is rubber and is great for dogs because there's so much traction so that they can run and play. They have a large area for big dogs (Houndtown) and a large are for small dogs & pups (SmallVille). When it comes down to my pugs, I am absolutely neurotic and there are only a limited handful of people I trust to take care of my dogs. Doggieville has certainly made that list. Janine & her team are excellent and treat all their citizens with lots of love and care. My little LadyBug absolutely loves the place and every time we go there, she completely forgets that I exist and bounces her way into their play area. She loves the place and as soon as we exit the highway, she makes it known with her crazy pug screams, that we are approaching daycare. They also have a beautiful grooming area and a boutique carrying all kinds of high-quality foods and treats for dogs as well as toys, beds, and leashes. I have since moved back to Richmond Hill to work and unfortunately, I have yet to find as good of a doggy daycare as this. I occasionally work still in the Newmarket area and every time I do, I make sure that my little pug gets some time at DoggieVille! Two thumbs up and four paws up for DoggieVille!!!!!

After running a few errands, I returned demanding an apology. Cashier refused, rolled her eyes and snickered. Coworker claimed can't make her apologize. Turns out, snotty cashier, Tracey, wasn't happy that I didn't hand her the snack, claimed I threw it on the counter. Hands were full with numerous items and my dog was pulling on the leash. In turn the wrong price was not in error, it was her way of paying me back. As for the owner, Bob, since this incident occurred last Saturday, I immediately emailed him, now a 3rd time, still no reply. I guess, screwing a customer is OK , can't find valuable, trustworthy employees in this dirty little town.

I left my cat and dog for a week while on a trip south. When I picked them up they where happy and had been well cared for. We plan to go away again in the next couple of weeks and will be using this hotel again. The cat room has nice sized spaces for each cat with its own window, multi layer seats for the cat, a bridge for the to walk from the floor to the top seat and a little door to their own outdoor space which is open only during the summer months. They let the cat out too roam around various times threw the day and seems to really give them individual attention. The dogs also have their own rooms with a off the floor bed and a doggy dog which is opened about 5x per day. Well worth the drive up from Toronto!!! Update to my review as of Sept 2016 Both my cat and dog came home from a weeks stay with upper respiratory infections. They were fully vaccinated before their visit.
