We took our cat to this place. She was very ill and we had to have her put down. The fees to have her cremated were ridiculously expensive & yet we decided to go with a paw print at least it's something and of course they screwed it up and then said that we had put the request in after the cat had been put down, which was a lie because we ordered & paid for it when the cat was put down! This place is a joke. We had nothing but problems with this place from the time we walked in there I wouldn't take a dead animal in there anymore. Beware the 4% charge using a card & lack of organization. Gave our cat a vaccine & forgot to charge?? Who does that? Very unprofessional. Our pets deserve more respect. read more

Such sweet staff! I took my Great Dane here for shots, and my Doberman for shots + neuter. Everyone was so nice to them, giving lots of belly rubs and head pats. They were very thorough with after care instructions for the neuter, and you absolutely can't beat the prices. We did their top package for shots for both dogs and the neuter for $320. The neuter drop off took about 30min due to check in for a new patient and all neuters for the day dropping off at the same time. Pickup was about 10-15min for the same reasons. The shots for my Great Dane (plus a nail trim!) took 45min. Great service, great prices and great people!! Thank you!!!! read more

This morning I came to vaccinate a stray that I've been fostering for more than a week. The lady behind the counter refused to vaccinate a stray because legally I needed to wait two weeks from the time I found him. I mentioned that I already had another dog and I could keep the dogs separate, hoping she would make an exemption but she refused. Towards the end of our meeting, she threw in a smart comment by saying that "he looks like he belongs to somebody else." If the dog looks like he belongs to somebody else is because I already gave him 2 baths, food, water and most importantly, love. I will never be coming back to this clinic. terrible attitude towards clients. one hand I don't know what the other is doing. absolutely disorganized work at the front desk, it is impossible to get an intelligible answer and you wait for weeks for them to call back or send a letter. and most importantly unsanitary. this is the most terrible nasty clinic I've been to. my cat got shingles and herpes after the visit. read more

Whether you want to have your dog's teeth cleaned here or not depends on how you value time vs. money. All elective stuff is 8:30 AM dropoff, which isn't quick but goes OK. However this means if your dog, like mine, is seen at the end of the day, it gets to sit in a cage for 8 hours. Pet pickup at the end of the day is a goat rodeo. Everybody shows up at the required time while the staff, stretched thin, processes checkouts. I waited just under 90 minutes to get my dog. If the vet/vets that own this place cared, they would text customers when they're running behind. Or maybe not book more customers than they can handle. read more

As I had the worst experience with a staff member which I'm not sure if is even licensed vet tech. Do know she knows how to put on a muzzle so tight my dog couldn't breathe and yelling out how many times tightening even tighter and she lied my dog tried to bite her to say this is why she was doing that. Her discussing attitude and way she was even with other animals was very disheartening as this one has many trust with their own animals. Do know they were more than overwhelmed though never take out on an animal EVER! They're literally so unorganized. We were told to drop off our cat at a certain time then pick him up a few hours later. We got there around pick up time and they haven't even started the surgery. We later found poop and pee in our cats cage. They kept him in a cage for 9 hours... I'm not taking him back there again. read more

I came to this clinic due to my puppy not eating. Procedures had changed due to covid19 which is completely understandable. They want you to stay in your car and wait for them to come to you. Sounds pretty easy, but it wasn't. I waited 2 hours, and my clip board with my paper work still had not even been picked up by them. I watched how several others were given clip boards and picked up their clip boards and their pet was taken inside to he seen and I was basically getting skipped in line. I went to this clinic for the first time today, and I will not be returning. The staff didn't even so much as acknowledge my existence when I walked through the door for my appointment, let alone show any level of friendliness. The appointment was just for vaccines for my new dog, so I wasn't expecting a thorough exam or anything, but the grumpy veterinarian literally spent 2 minutes with us. She didn't so much as even introduce herself, let alone engage with me or my dog. My little dog was so terrified he wiggled out of the technician's restraint and made a hard landing on the floor from the exam table and NO compassion was shown towards him AT ALL! I understand unforeseen things can happen, and I'm not blaming the technician for my dog jumping off the table, but I do feel strongly that both he and the doctor could have at least shown some compassion towards him, and to me as I was obviously concerned about him. These people were completely indifferent to a very scared animal, and a very worried human. I find that to be incredibly rude and uncaring. Before coming here, I would suggest weighing your options, as the services are inexpensive, but you definitely get what you pay for! read more

My dog Vivian was seen here for a SRP (deep cleaning) and extractions and they did a great job. I checked! She smelled like berry prophy paste at the end of her appointment. Also the woman who did her check out was awesome. She did a great job at giving post operative instructions. I would definitely recommend them. read more

I called the clinic to make an appointment for my 9 year old dog who has allergies/rash and is kind of limping/lame. The scheduling team asked me if I could come the next day, since they have the orthopedic surgeon in the house, the allergy issue can be taken care of at the same time. Sure, anything to get my dog some relief. Once arrived, they put us in a room to wait for Mohamad Elhafany. He came in, no greeting to me or my dog, kept looking at the chart and asked me "what do you want, allergies or limping?" I said I'm here for both, obviously. He was very rude, the way he talked to me, made me very upset. Holding the door handle already he kept saying "I can sedate her and make X-rays, you let me know what you want." I was in shock! Not once did he even look at my dog, when she tried to sniff his hand, he pulled away. I can not describe how very uncomfortable and upset this man made me. The assistant in the room kept apologizing for him, but was not willing to give me his name. She said she didn't know! Going up front I asked someone else for his name and told them how purely we were treated by Mohamed Elhafany, orthopedic surgeon. I can not recommend!!! read more

I am sure they are great for vaccinations. My dog went there 3 times as her skin condition got so bad she has tremors from pain. Given no treatments but pain meds. Went to another vet to find out the pain med prescribed had to runs it's course before our dog can take the needed meds. Our dog looked like she was near death when we were there last and given nothing. Found out she needed Prednisone. Also had appointment waited 2.5 hours before anyone would see her. Yet the other vet we went to took is right in for our appointment. Wastes time money and dogs suffering. read more

Everyone there has always been kind and accommodating when we have used their services. They take walk-ins and we have no complaints about the care. One drawback is that I don't believe we have seen the same vet twice. They seem to rotate frequently. read more

This place is poorly ran. I'm not sure I ever spoke or had my dog under the care of an licensed veterinarian. The head "doctor"/owner of the clinic is not licensed and practicing medicine. Which you can google his name if you choose. Branislav Jordanovic and his wife is also employed there but I don't know her role. He is unlicensed and performing surgies and other procedures. I'm not sure they have a licensed vet working for them as they are suppose to. My complaint was I had to drop my dog off earlier that day and she was chemically sedated and the lady I talked to before the procedure told me to come pick her up at 530pm so they could observe her the rest of the afternoon. When I got there around 515pm the lobby was packed. There was no line nor coordination to the chaos inside. There was one front desk lady that was checking one person out but kept running to the back. Their excused were that they were so busy with all the surgeries they did today that they had to get the paperwork caught up. They finally got a list of everyone there to pick up their dogs but did not go by that order in any way and just gave the animal to whoever. I was the very last person to finally pay and check out and they wanted me wait in another line for follow up paper work. I didn't even get to pay for my animal until 745pm. I had been waiting 2.5 hours for PAPERWORK. At least that was there excuse. The lady when I dropped her off had already done her procedure/ear cleaning while I was there. They never let me even lay eyes on my dog before I paid for her procedure. I had no idea what condition she was in. This place is absolutely one of the worse in terms of customer service and vet treatment/surgeries. read more

Shauna and the other lady I think her name is Brittany she has short hair they are both working so hard going in and out making sure every car has been taken care of. While you may have to wait a little but, they are both so nice, efficient, and they care a lot. They greet you with a smile every time and you can tell they are working really hard! There are much better places to take your animal. They sold me a dose of simparica trio. the next day I ordered a six pack of the same thing online and was told they would not ok the prescription because they needed proof of a heart worm test. I had just got the dog so I called the former owners vet and they sent them proof. They were told the dog had a current prescription for what I wanted. This place told me I would have to bring in the dog for a heart worm test when he just had one less than 3 months ago. I asked them why they sold me a dose 2 days before, and they said they had made a mistake. I am the one who made a mistake by going there. read more
