So friendly and really helpful! Took my cat and dog there for check ups, and the receptionist helped me carry them inside and back out to my car when I left (big cat carrier + dog vs me = very nice to have her help lol). They were really intentional with petting my dog and trying to calm her nerves before they did any exam on her! I had so much anxiety going by myself to get them set up at a regular vet but they truly did make it seamless. Answered all my million questions, respected what I wanted and responded to my concerns. And cheap! $110 to have both of my animals seen and taken care of. Would definitely recommend. read more

They always get us in and out and you can't beat their prices! I like that you can drive up to check in but sometimes I do want the option to go inside with my pet during the express option so I can ask the vet questions directly and meet them/see the cleanliness of the work space. Overall I'd go back. I also asked for records and they sent them right away which is appreciated. read more

My appointment was 4:25. I walked in at 4:30. Front desk lady said I was 6 minutes late and my appointment was at 4:20. I showed her the text my appointment was at 4:25. She went back 3 times to talk to the Vet. I just drove 45 minutes to get here. They said they could see my dog but I could not see the Vet. I said no, I need to see the Vet. I asked for all my records. I will never set foot in this place again. PS I did not recognize the place as they have moved across the street-brand new construction. Guess it is all about the $$$ now. @ssholes. Do not bring your pets here. I have been making this drive to bring my pets here for over five years. Zero stars. What could improve would be customer service. I originally really loved this place because of Dr. Skinner, she truly cares about the pets. However, I was instructed by animal control one day to bring my cat in for an x-ray to see if he actually had a gunshot wound or something else was going on. The practice manager took my cat in the back and confirmed that it was a gunshot wound, and told me to rush him to the emergency room. I told them that this is not what I was told to do by animal control (we needed an xray to see if he even was shot, as he was moving and eating as normal...) and they continued to deny my service, even though I was just asking for an x-ray. Animal control then found a clinic that was willing to work with us to save this cats life, got an x-ray and found out that it was not a gunshot wound and got the care he needed for his ruptured abscess. I called to get the same cat in for an appointment after he had recovered from his surgery, hoping that the staff would take accountability for turning me away for something that they could've helped me with and even gotten money from me for--but instead the staff was speaking very condescendingly to me. This isn't the first time the staff has been condescending, but I was overlooking it other times due to how much I loved Doctor Skinner. This WAS my new staple/favorite vet that I was going to go to from now on for all 4 of my cats, definitely not after this. I have already found a new vet. After all of this and the way I was spoken to after letting them know that they could've helped my cat when they turned me away, I will never be returning to this vet. It takes some professionalism to be able to admit when you do wrong and take some accountability, and this business is unable to do so. Even if this establishment felt it was unsafe to treat him in the circumstances, they did not have to be condescending to get that point across. More professionalism is needed in this workplace by managers and staff upfront. I believe if the staff practiced active listening in the beginning, then they would've known that all I needed was an x-ray and that my cat wasn't even acting like he was in pain, there was just a hole in his side that was bleeding. ABUSIVE, INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL.. AVOID. Beware ! unreal treatment when I went to the "drive thru".. this isnt the first time these people hav been abrasive, caustic, and abusive, but for the care of my pet, I over looked it.. but not this time. I hav been coming for many years.. my GSD passed away and now hav a "new" puppy.. they argue with you, over charge you, today they had 5 people yelling at me because I wanted to watch my dog get her shot, and yet it could hav been done in minutes, but they wanted to be petty about "policy". had they told me about this "policy", I would hav chose differently.. but as another poster stated, "ITS ALL ABIOUT THE $$MONEY NOW" .. and it shows.. (also the response to her, also shows NO CREDIBILITY) I dont know about you, but I dont leave my dog, my child, my family, alone with anyone.. especially in a medical setting.. again, all they had to do was advise of this (but they did not). ok back to the being at the window, making me stand in the cold for several minutes, (it was very cold!) the one girl ("celeste") refusing to give me back my credit card.. it had been processed.. why she didnt return it was beyond belief. 'even after I asked FIVE times.. the other girl (short hair, slevve tattoos, didnt giv her name, who was standing there amid the cacophony) and please note I didnt yell back, all I said was "her shot could hav been done by now".. but no.. they wanted to attack instead of just get the job done and use logic, data, not emotions or drama.. good grief. again, after leaving the back, (and leaving my puppy) I was standing OUTSIDE in the COLD at the window.. this was so they could giv my puppy the one shot, and a nasal bordella.. which wasnt a problem a month ago.. then the passive-aggressive witholding of my CREDIT CARD.. also the passive-aggressive witholding of my pets paperwork.. making me wait. and wait. and wait. and stand there and wait. still asking for my credit card (it had been processed already.. the girl (celeste) just wanted to make me wait even more..) all of it mean spirited and spiteful.. then making me wait for the paperwork (sitting right there) but made me wait. (and wait) you get the idea.. but the worst was the ABUSIVE YELLING at me, when I initially came in the back door with my puppy, and they could hav administered the one shot, and been done.. but no. the yelling. was u n r e a l.. what professionals act in this manner? of course they will find a way to justify their behavior, when the Truth is, there is none.. You can easily drive by and miss it: It's a small white, one-story, building, with a sign kind of to the side. (Just 2 doors east of a Long John Silver's). I've taken my little feral rescue cat there twice.. Once for a general vaccination and the other for a spaying. The techs who helped me and Dr. Skinner herself were very kind and professional, providing little details, etc. They explained everything up front and even provided itemized pricing. The spaying was $186 with a microchip and pain meds thrown in. First time cat owner, but I thought that was pretty reasonable. I think with All Pet you get more than you pay for actually. read more

I brought two strays that I had found and began fostering into this clinic for a general exam and rabies vaccination. They were not spayed and we knew that upon bringing them. I explained to the vet techs that we knew nothing about their medical background and would like to do a basic exam. I even explained that one of the pup's nipples were larger than the other pup's and inquired whether they could be mother/daughter. They took them in for an exam/the vaccine and came back under 15 minutes later. The only information we received was that they were likely both 2 years old. A few days later, a friend of mine who ended up adopting them saw her cousin (a vet tech) and the cousin quickly said "Is that one pregnant?" and felt her belly. She felt incredibly confident that she was pregnant. Well, sure enough, after taking the pup to a different vet the pregnancy was confirmed. I was charged $140 by this vet to somehow miss that an unspayed dog with no known medical history was pregnant. Needless to say, I am upset. Editing my response due to the reply below: To say it wasn't possible to know is absolutely ridiculous. A vet tech saw her in passing just two days later and immediately suggested we get her checked out by another vet. She is an unspayed dog who had swollen nipples and no medical history. A vets office SHOULD have suggested follow up testing and ruled out the possibility. When I said this to Veronica, she replied "well..... we suggested spaying." OBVIOUSLY. We had already noted that we were planning on spaying, but the spay appointment wouldn't have does us any good, would it?!?! NOT TO MENTION, YOU VACCINATED A PREGNANT DOG DUE TO YOUR OWN INCOMPETENCE. Something that is NEVER recommended. The lack of professionalism and experience displayed by this office is absolutely insane. I have never experienced such an inept veterinary office. To add to that: I'm aware what services I paid for. I'm also aware that you did an absolutely abysmal job in exchange for money. I don't appreciate your condescension and avoidance of the point here. Your staff lacks the experience and wherewithal to suggest NECESSARY medical attention. That is embarrassing and unforgivable. Tom at All Pet Health Care by Noah's reached out to me this morning! He was very understanding of the grief and anger I have towards our situation! He spoke anout reviewing all the videos and phone calls in trying to find out what went wrong with our care! He found that when the vet and I both called Noah's Emergency, we actually called two different locations and both didn't follow their SOPs in directing us to immediately come in. He promised further review and training would occur. He also said they were going to add this issue to their upcoming meeting agenda and promised to follow up with me afterwards! I do appreciate the time and care he's taking to ensure this doesn't happen again. He is the one who responded to my initial yelp review informing me he was looking into it my situation and they would be in contact! Although it doesn't take away from my grief, I am pleased they are taking this situation as seriously as they are to ensure better practices in future! read more

After my previous vet clinic instituted a muzzling policy I did not agree with I went looking for a new vet...and fortunately found All Pet Vet Clinic by Noah here on the West side of Indy. The staff were understanding when I shared my concerns with them about the previous clinic's actions and I was assured that they evaluate each pet individually and treat them according to their own interactions/observations. Although obviously nervous as we were immediately directed into one of the dreaded "exam rooms", Bubba was happy to meet and interact with all of the staff like the true "gentle" man he is and always has been. After we settled in a bit we were escorted to the lobby to get weighed, then headed back to exam room one for a health check by the vet who offered a couple of suggestions and answered my questions. A couple of minutes later it was time for Bubba to head back for his shots. He happily went with the tech and was back pretty quickly...which made his day. All Pet's fees are reasonable with the added bonus that their well pet exams are thorough. In addition to getting his annual shots, blood work was drawn for Bubba's heartworm test. Since he'd gained quite a bit of weight over the last year it was suggested we also check for possible thyroid issues which could be done in conjunction with his heartworm check for just a few dollars more. My boy eats toothpaste and gel vs actually letting me brush his teeth so despite water additives and dental chews he needed a teeth cleaning as well. And a great alternative was given going forward - using dental wipes in lieu of toothpaste/gel. The only negative is that they were temporarily out of stock on the wipes and we had to go on a wait list as they are backlogged with the dental cleaning appointments. Bubba and I were both very pleased with the kindness of the staff, the facilities and the reasonable cost of the services at All Pet. We will be back, hopefully for many years to come. read more

Patient at this office for over 5 years. Level of medical treatment was adequate; unfortunately within the past month, the interaction by office administration (I am referring to the individuals who directly spoke with me about my situation) was deplorable and unforgivable. I was dealing with a dog who was fairly ill and needed to be seen. A phone call to the office revealed they could not see her for 8 days due to other appointments. I asked to have the doctor phone me which had been done from time-to-time throughout the years. Two more days passed, and my dog deteriorated and was in distress. I phoned the office again early in the day with a sense of urgency to be seen. Was told that it wasn't possible, and I once again explained that I really needed to speak to her doctor that it was urgent. I was told that wouldn't be possible due to other patients, meetings, etc. I made the decision to not waste valuable time and drove to the Noah's Emergency facility on the Westside where my dog had no heartbeat upon arrival. Some days later, I reached out to meet with Tom Dock a Noah's Communication representative. He vowed to email me with resolution which he did. Interestingly but not surprisingly, I received much of the same 'canned' speech that was given to Jessica C. who also posted a review here. He promised her that procedures would improve so that nothing like that type of patient service wouldn't happen again..but in my case, it did. I suffered because in part, administratively, the office was apparently not prepared to handle a situation like mine. Mr. Dock told me in writing that because the files and tapes etc. of my interaction that he reviewed did not show that I asked to speak to a doctor either time I called, I apparently did not ask for it because it wasn't on ONE of the taped calls he listened to. My dog has been gone a month, and I still have not spoken to the doctor whom I have known for a long time and who has phoned me on more than one occasion through the years. My advice IF you choose this provider: there is no accountability - record your outgoing calls otherwise if mistakes are made, they all belong to YOU. read more

After finding a large mass inside of my precious Boxers mouth, I called All Pet Health Care at 7:30 in the morning when they open. The receptionist very promptly scheduled an appointment same day and I was very relieved. You pay a small fee of 24.00 to hold your appointment and that is applied to your bill once you check out. I was leery about the in car service but the vet tech that came to my car was very caring and loving to my boy. The vet promptly called me after and gave me the news no one want to hear. Dr Kelly Skinner spent a great deal of time with me (crying) on the phone, we went over every option and she didn't judge or rush me in anyway. The level of compassion and care this Veterinary Clinic gives is top-notch and I highly recommend them. The price was very low compared to other veterinarians in the area. read more

My family has been coming here since before I was born in the mid-80s. We are very much a "dog family" and they've taken good care of all our four-legged friends. They're very understanding and kind. I've never had any problems there, and they're always friendly and answer any questions I have. Prices are reasonable and scheduling is easy. I live downtown now, but it's not that far away and it seemed obvious to bring my own dogs there. I can't say my terriers would recommend it, but, well, they wouldn't recommend any vet. read more

She was attacked by a dog and sustained puncture wounds. I had used APHC before and decided this was where we were going again. Keesha was seen right away (we were a walk-in) and Dr. Katz evaluated her condition and treatment plan within minutes. I was literally in and out of there in less than an hour.
