They send out an email that has all the deals and events happening that week/during the month.

A HORRIBLE and Unfortunate experience with SP. I have been a client of SP for almost three years…read more Initially, I chose their mobile service because of my unpredictable work schedule. Due to their uneducated ignorance, I should never have stayed that long. Although I consistently communicated my potential tardiness and tipped generously, their level of professionalism (if they had any) began to decline. The groomer often cut my Bichon Frise incorrectly and displayed irritability toward my feedback. My elderly dog fell ill on September 5, 2023, the day before his September 6 appointment, which was the tipping point. Upon canceling the appointment, SP demanded same-day vet documentation to avoid a cancellation fee. Although I promptly provided them with all the necessary proof (see below and note the Vets plan requiring 5-7 days of complete rest), they STILL charged me, so I disputed the charge. The SP made unfounded claims about multiple no-shows on my account in subsequent interactions, which I vehemently deny. I cited an Indiana code against unauthorized card charges, which they had done, and the owner decided to cut ties with us. SP's lack of concern and understanding was highly disappointing but considering the low level of intellect, it was no surprise. Their primary focus seemed to be monetary, rather than customer satisfaction or the well-being of the pets they service. I Would not recommend sending any dog there!

There used to be one guy here who did a great job and he hasn't been around now for maybe a year. This was a second chance for this remaining crew because their first attempt was laughable. Literally. Our poor little guy looked hilarious but we thought "Hair grows out right?" So we gave them another chance. Two chances were plenty. Never going here again. My little guy has a LOT of hair. I made sure his top and most of his sides were knot-free so they could keep some good length on him. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, a simple puppy cut about 1" long everywhere. They listened attentively and even took the picture for reference and then apparently DECIDED A BUZZ CUT WAS BETTER FOR MY POOR LITTLE DOG. I want to stress that I have brought him in more tangled and with more knots than I did yesterday and the gentleman who obviously does not work there anymore did a wonderful job. FIND A BETTER PLACE!!! please. you'll thank me.

On Wednesday I went to the Valpo store and was rung up by a very sweet young lady, who was assisted by her coworker Maureen. They had problems with their delivery service, Roadies, and my mower never got picked up two days straight.I spoke with the store manager, John, and also Maureen several times about fixing the issue. All conversations were very pleasant. On Friday morning, I spoke with the assistant manager(I'm sorry I can't remember her name) and she delivered my 60" Cub Cadet personally. Their delivery service is terrible, imo, but the staff at that store is Excellent. Thank you all for turning a potentially bad experience into a good one!

The owner of the dog watched his dog, but could not stop his dogs bad behavior. I reported the problem and the man did talk to the owner. He stated my dog should hang out in the smaller dog section. Why? There is an aggressive dog area. Why didn't they test that dog's behavior? Disgusted, I was there only a week and got my $160.00 back. I just pray this dog does not attack another dog.
