My dog Bella, is a 7 year old boxer. I have been bringing her here since a puppy! She wasn't always the most easy to cut her nails. Sometimes she even had to have a muzzle on her from not biting the groomers. Although, after getting to know the groomers she warmed up very quick. very unprofessional, I used to get my dog groomed here very often bringing vaccination records every-time, However forgot them at home once but they usually have them in the system. One of the staff stood by the gate talking to another man holding his dog having a conversation. the man says "you know i don't have the records but you know we good" the staff takes his dog to the back and comes to assist me, I inform her that i forgot the papers and ask could she find them in the system. she finds them but says they didn't have any expiration date? i then questioned her about the man not having his records she says stutters and says "ummm" "he has a separate account" (makes no sense at all!). If you guys are going to enforce a rule, make sure it applies to all customers. read more

Employees are always very nice at the store, its always clean and uncluttered isles. I prefer this store as its very friendly atmosphere and always pleasant cashiers. I read some other lady's review of a dirty carrier ad I bet it was because someone put their pet inside to test it out and the animal shredded. NOT the employee fault. I'm sure thry weren't intentionally selling a dirty carrier and wouldn't have known unless brought to their attention. I have always found the staff very helpful whenever I need assistance. I'm there frequently for my pets and guiding new pet parents I consult, I have a reference from experience. I also order many bags of dog food regularly for my dog crew and it's always free and sealed in waterproof bags to protect it from the elements. Can't go wrong with this service, especially when ordering a couple hundred pounds of pet food. I'll keep shopping there for foreseeable future. read more

I went into this store to buy a particular pet soft carrier. It is a $55 carrier. They only had one and when I looked at it, I realized it had been used and full of pet hair. How gross! They were selling a gross, used carrier at full price. I took it to the cashier and showed them but didn't get much if a response. I won't be going back to that store! read more

I began using their curbside service during the Covid crisis, of course, and it has been the most convenient part of my shopping ever since. By checking online, I can verify they have the specific item in stock, and I do not have to waste a trip. I simply pull up to the curb, send a return text, and the employees deliver my order to the trunk of the car. Groomer Jodi does an outstanding job with our English Bulldog, Sarge. Sarge is well behaved but can be a tad ornery. If he decides he doesn't want his nails trimmed, well then, they're just not getting trimmed. Not with Jodi, Sarge can't wait to get in the truck and go see her. We returned a fish we had purchased that had died within the return period. We also supplied a water sample. The girl that takes care of the fish which also told me she was the manager on the phone said our nitrites were too high and refused to refund the $12.00 fish. I told her there were lots of healthy and even baby fish in the tank the sample came from. We returned fish in the past with no problem even without a water sample. The girl stated it was always their policy. I asked for a written copy of the policy which I didn't receive. I also didn't see these test results. I wouldn't recommend buying fish from a place with an arbitrary quarantine that can be enforced at will without any documentation. I called the corporate office and left a message which so far hasn't been returned. I also talked to someone on their neighbor support line that said she would check into it but so far have not received a reply. read more

I will not recommend this place for grooming. After showing the picture of how we wanted our dog to be groomed. They literally did everything the exact opposite. We literally removed all the fur from our sheepadoodle. They took all the fur down to the skin. Last time we are taking our dog over there. Highly disappointment. read more

Poor customer service when having a curbside order. Wasnt ready after 45 mins. Had to go in and pick my own order while all the employees were talking or on their phones. I observed 6 people working there so they had adequate staff. When asked why it wasnt picked they said we do not pick orders that are placed late. I placed my order at 6:33 and they closed at 9pm. Never go for grooming again. Got our doodle back and his hair is still curly like he was never combed or blow dried. Called up there only to be told it was his hair type and his puppy coat was gone. Terrible. We get his hair straighter when we bathe and comb him ourselves. Terrible. read more

Awful. Employees stand around gossiping and on their phones, managers seem too preoccupied in the office to come help cashiers when they start getting busy, they just tell them to call someone else up to help. On several occasions I've heard employees having conversations about inappropriate things, one of the managers has a extremely foul mouth and makes inappropriate jokes/comments loudly to his employees, it's disturbing. Another manager is just as loud, if not louder and he makes the same types of comments and gossips about other employees. I've seen too many wonderful employees pushed out for subpar employees to take their place. Very disappointed in the management here. Will not be returning. read more

I just came in the store to look for a new baby ferret. I have been really excited to get a second one and I called the store before coming in. The girl was very rude to me on the phone, and very unknowledgeable. I asked her about the ferrets and she didn't even know how many there were and acted like it was a hassle to go and check. I still wanted to see for myself so I drove all the way to the store, about 30 minutes. I get there and see that the ferrets aren't even allowed to come home yet. Which was fine but I still wanted to see if I liked one so I could come back on Friday to take it home. We waited about 15 minutes to be helped, finally I went up to the young man with the long hair and ball cap working the small animal section, and I said I know the ferrets aren't able to go home till Friday but is there anyway I could see them, I'm 21 and have my ID, he said no and immediately walked away. I didn't even get a chance to ask any questions or anything. He was extremely rude. We left immediately, walked out to the car, to find him smoking a cigarette outside and on the phone. I love pet supplies plus but the customer service here was terrible. I will never return to this store.
