Great store with awesome staff and better prices than the big box stores! Will defiantly be back for another great experience! The manager was amazing and informed myself and a friend that they price match and one of the items was on Amazon for 15.00 cheaper and true to his word he matched the price with a smile on his face! The store is super clean and very well organized. I was specifically looking for raw and raw dehydrated dog food and they had a great selection of both, again, better than the big pet box stores! They did not return my call regarding grooming. I don't recall seeing them grooming at all when I've been there previously.

I called on a Thursday morning about a particular Acana dog food. They told me they did not carry it, but could order it that day and it would be in the next day. I told them I would order from Pet Flow and just get it delivered...but they talked me into ordering it from them and guaranteed it would be there Friday. It didn't come in and I am very angry that when I told them I absolutely needed it then, they made a promise they were not capable of fulfilling. I will never trust them again. read more

We work with an animal rescue group nearby, and this location of Pet Supplies Plus works with them to help get dogs all gussied up for adoption. Even though we live an hour away, we drove our foster dog up there so he could get his hair cut. Pet Supplies Plus groomed him quickly and professionally, as good as we've seen. The wait was better than reasonable, and they quite obviously treated him gently even while grooming through some pretty gnarly hair. We highly recommend this groomer if you live nearby. read more

I've always enjoyed coming here and thought it way better than other pet stores in the area. I give it 5 stars because in my experience the whole sales staff is top notch. They care about the pets and the customers. They'll always take time to talk with me about my pets and their pets. They are well trained and always welcoming. This stores customer service sucks. I tried to call three times tonight to get help and was put on hold for 6 minutes each time. Finally I asked to speak to the manager and then was put on hold another 6 minutes. The only explanation was "sorry we are super busy". This store is poorly managed. Another issue I have is with the grooming service. First time I brought my dog they were late for appointment. I tried one more time and they were better. However, the next time I brought dog in they stated I missed my time slot and they could not help me. I was baffled because I put it right in my phone after I called and set up appointment. When I asked if they tried to call me when I did not show, (I could have come right away) there was no explanation given. Needless to say I will not return. **The owner of this store needs to take a look at customer service when someone calls in for help. read more

In a word - horrible. I'm a fish enthusiast and enjoy changing out my stock every now and again. Each time that I've purchased any type of aquatic life, from this particular store, it dies within 3 days. Every single time. My tank has been established for well over a year. When I purchase fish from Petco they tend to stay alive for a while - like for as long as I keep them. Everything from PSP dies within a few days. So, in my opinion, this store has issues. I've also talked with someone that breeds birds. She stated that after selling a few birds off to PSP that they died within a few days of being there. In a nutshell, don't buy pets from this place. They will die. Pet Supplies Plus does NOT know how to care for their animals. I will avoid this place like the plague. read more

I took my 5 month old cocker for his first haircut this week. I was somewhat concerned at first since mine could be quite a handful - but the groomer indeed knew how to handle him. He looked like a stray puppy when I brought him, but when I picked him up... oh my, what a wonderful job she did !! He came out beautifully..... looking more like a show dog....:-). But more importantly, he didn't seem to be traumatized from the whole experience, he's as jolly as he could be. Moreover, it was faster than the other grooming places I have been (I am not fond of leaving my dogs for too long) - and yet, the result is better. I am impressed, thanks..... !!! read more
