My pomsky was always called a fox over the past year since her rescue, but I made it a reality with the help of Mikayla and Smoochie Pooch. This was no small task to tackle, as it was hours worth of work on an animal that is known to be half stubborn by blood. But yet I was told that she was perfectly behaved which I know that's only because the employees really know how to handle and care for our loved ones. Even with some equipment malfunction, I was given other options quickly and was still able to successfully dye my puppers hair after her spa day. Fast forward to later in the day, I'm told there is a local pupper costume contest and felt very confident knowing my little fox was easily the cutest and best dressed for the occasion. One day voting later, WE WIN! So if you're looking at any of their services, you can expect AWARD WINNING attention to detail. Extremely happy with my experience, especially being my first time. Upon further questioning after they paid my vet bill, a different employee explained it was an issue with a faulty kennel divider and that his tail got stuck in it. When we asked if the pitbulls would be allowed back we were told, "they've been coming here a long time." Nothing was explained about fixing the faulty kennel design. I understand things like this can happen, but then, Kevin when on to tell my wife that he actually had a dog bite another dogs tail off. Board at your own risk. They've identified the issue and took responsibility for it but are unwilling to prevent it from happening again.
