My little one got groomed by Lauren, was told Zeus was "psycho" and I left wanting to cry by her continuous negative comments. Jasmine went out of her way to reach out to me and apologize. I wanted to book again with both of them, but lauren made it clear in front of me that she did not want to groom Zeus again. Which is fine and understandable, but I wish it wasn't done in front of me... I wouldn't want anyone not comfortable grooming my dog to groom my dog. Jasmine was kind and was going to groom both of them again...I ended up just cancelling the future appointment. I would recommend Jasmine 100% she did an amazing job with Shadow (Goldendoodle) and made me feel great. I appreciate her going out of her way for me and offering to groom Zeus (maltipoo) I know she would be kind and patient with him. Zeus is a little timid and is sensitive... especially on his feet.
