Three times in three months I have attempted to use my Dirty Dog Discount card to bathe my dogs. Pre purchased for hot water, shampoo, towels, and no mess at home. Each time, there were no towels. "Sorry. Our dryer isn't very good. We'll have towels for you by the time you finish the bath." They didn't. Only one of the air dryers worked and it's not an option for my dog. Too loud. Not a problem if there are towels. Not spending money here anymore. Used to be top notch. Now it is frustrating and not worth it. Worse, none of the staff seem interested in fixing this. Favorite pet supply store. Staff is always available and helpful. We come in weekly for crickets and they always have a great supply and I feel they last longer then other stores. So today I was in the neighborhood running errands. One of my errands was pet supplies and I saw this store so decided to stop in so I didn't have to run across town. The store was clean and well organized. The staff was all super friendly and I overheard them helping other customers. They all seemed to be very knowledgeable and helpful. The cashier asked if I needed help out. Apparently it is their policy to help customers out with their purchased items. I didn't take her up on it but I loved that! She was also very sweet with my son and let him scan the big items. He thought that was awesome! This store is much closer to home then my usual place and I will definitely be returning and supporting a local business! read more

They recommended the Redford brand. My cats love it. My dog was barely eating the brand I bought from another pet store. So I bought him some Redford. Now he barely waits for it to hit the bowl. I love this store! We purchased 5 pet baths for $25 and the pet washing stations are awesome. We get to wash & dry our puppy without the mess at home and all the supplies we need are there. So we tried the pet supply store and found prices were considerably higher than other stores such as Walmart, Menards and sam's club but we found a lot of choices so we found a bag we thought we'd try see if our dog likes it or not . Upon going up to register there quite a line and no cashier . After several minutes passed by myself and another patron started looking down isles for a employee. None to be found anywhere . I finally told my son take the dog food back we will go elsewhere. As he came back up there appeared out of side room a young cashier to check us all out . Seemed friendly to enough but why wasn't there someone there for all to check out ? I'd heard prices were better than Walmart, Menards and others and I found that to be incorrect on fact much higher at this store and with that kind of service I will not go back , though I will say and give them credit for the pet wash area it is nice and I saw one guy using it . But if I'm paying a higher price I except better service read more

Wow! We found our new go to pet store! We just purchased two fancy bearded dragons babies from here today. After looking at several stores over several days and online, we found what we were looking for here. The beardies have the most vibrant color that we were looking for and were calmer when handled. The store is careful about animal health and welfare. Cody and Jess were knowledgeable about each pet they had and their personalities. We made several visits to this store. Each time they spent ample time with us and professionally answered our questions and guided us on supplies. Unfortunately, they were sold out of the large reptile terrarium sets that we wanted to purchase(2). They hoped they would be on the shipment truck the next day, but the company was out of stock. The manager, Jess, did everything in her power to get us some combination of the materials we would need at a reasonable price so we could get our 2 new arrivals home. We ended up purchasing them somewhere else but still got our beardies here and we couldn't be happier. We were happy to find they had super clean bathing facilities for our 6 rescued dogs of various sizes and ages as well. Prices seemed reasonable to good! But even if something would cost me a little more here, this is where I would prefer to get it because of the store cleanliness and the friendly, knowledgeable and the effort of the staff. Thanks to Cody who started our journey with us and made us want to go back to the store. For the cashier/sales associate who always greeted us with a smile when we came in and remembered what we were looking for.
