We boarded her anywhere from trips that were a couple days to our Honeymoon for 2 weeks. Francine was always awesome and accommodating. I would just send her an e-mail requesting the dates & would send her my updated vet records and we were good to go. They always did a great job grooming her and had little scarfs on her when we picked her up. They accept credit cards. We moved away from the area and I already miss this place.

We have tried everything to change this, but nothing. Anyway, we had plans to travel for 3 weeks over the summer and I was super concerned about boarding him. I spoke to the owners/employees at Adorybull and they seemed very understanding and we planned to only give him people interaction, no other animals near him. I knew or thought this would mean less playtime, but when pictures started rolling in via text, I knew this was a great decision. I have boarded my sweet dog at his vet, and he never looks happy there, but at Adorybull, I was most certain he forgot I existed. They treated him like he was their own. We will be boarding again for a week this spring, and despite the other reviews that I have seen- I have no hesitation. Wonderful people! Thank you for loving my double personality dog!

When setting up boarding, I followed online steps to generate an estimate only to be told by automation that they didn't give estimates. Prepare for things like that to just happen. Good luck getting them to answer the phone. I tried putting my dog in daycare for a couple days so she could feel the place out before her stay and I kept getting brick-walled. They never, within 45 days, had an opening. I was told they were getting such a demand that they have to turn away regulars. When you set up a profile, you fill in important info about this and that. It's mostly easy. I did so, preparing for a getaway about a month and a half later. My puppy Angel wasn't spayed at the time. By the check-in date, she was spayed. I took her to the facility, signed her up, provided a bag of food I bought, and went on my trip. The website says they'll send you pics of your dog in activity. Two days into my vacation, no pics. I called, no answer, so I left a message. I was eventually texted back with them saying I hadn't signed up for it. Okay, my fault. Keep in mind, you have to sign up for this. Then I found out she wasn't playing with the other dogs because they had assumed she wasn't spayed. Again, I had no idea about this, but you have to take it upon yourself to update ALL information in the profile, as the staff operate off that. So...after finally getting someone on the phone, I had the profile updated and Angel was clear to play with other dogs. The pics they sent me were 4 blurry, hastily taken photos of Angel and another dog in the lobby. Nothing of her taking action in the play area or anything. And no photos of her playing the next day. While the woman who contacted me was great and literally went above and beyond in trying to please, the results weren't satisfactory. It's a good place - don't get me wrong. But they tell you almost nothing, the website features seem neglected, the pics weren't good and communication is tough to come by. A.

DO NOT Leave your dog's here!!!!! I know that there are limited places to go in Clayton but…read moreliterally I just picked my baby up from staying 4 nights (not the first time/ BUT DEFINITELY THE LAST ) the pricing is astronomical and it makes no sense none of the employees can give you a concrete price there is no breakdown on pricing when you go to pay. Multiple employees have stated they don't understand pricing!!!! I have picked my baby up an asked for a breakdown on the pricing and she was unable to give me one because the computer only gave her a flat number I literally paid $217 for four nights and was told the rate is $52/ night which doesn't equate to what I paid. Is the difference taxes?! Is it overcharge?!!!!!! And why am I paying $52 a night to come back with pissy and stained blankets and bedding they do not have a washing machine so when you turn in your dogs bedding to them expect to get a black GARBAGE bag full of pissy/ stained with poop items back FOR ME TO WASH!!!! AFTER PAYING CRAZY PRICES! This place literally keeps going up on their pricing every time you turn around and they can't afford a washer and dryer in their building!!! Never again with I succumb to my dog staying at such a FILTHY PLACE! It freaking stinks as soon as you walk into the door I know this is a pet boarding and daycare facility but there is no reason that you should smell the funk of this place before you even walk in the door! I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau and also the inspection unit of Clayton because they need to be inspected on their pricing policies and their lack of care for animals as well as their general cleanliness..THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!!!! Additional communication from "manager" attached as of 5.13.25- as you can see from the email attachment this is the unprofessionalism that I have experienced from this " business owner" DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH your animals!! Eric the owner of this place is the most disrespectful beneath the ground human that I have ever met encountered in life! I voiced a concern and you meet me with disrespectfulness and confrontation! This is how he deals with the encounter he does not try to help he does not try to address he does not try to do anything but argue back..WOW ..THANK YOU ERIC FOR PROVING MY POINT! I have kept my dogs with you multiple times and have not brought up any issues because this is your typical response I will no longer be scared to say something to management because of this type of response, you do not deserve to be in business especially dealing with other people's animals! And I will be reporting your business to the Better Business Bureau as I stated before and to the animal cruelty society and the Inspector General your business is below grade and DISGUSTING JUST LIKE YOUR RESPONSE TO A CUSTOMER!

They assured me they were routing procedures. That was a Monday, and Friday morning I found him dead. I was in CONSTANT text communication with them, brought Bruno in on Wednesday as his stitches were dark purple and leaking fluid, brought him in on Thursday as he seemed to rapidly decline. I told them to do WHATEVER they needed to NO MATTER THE COST. They assured me my baby would be ok. Caylee kept saying he was "fine" and "just a sensitive boy". He was in their care all day Thursday for fluids and when we picked him up that evening he could barely walk without panting and plopping down every few steps. AGAIN, she said he was "a sensitive boy and just a little inflamed." She ran blood tests and said his white blood cell count was low but that it was normal and that he was AGAIN "SENSITIVE". They wanted me to bring him back in on Friday for more fluids for another full day. After my husband stayed up till around 4:30am, watching him. I woke up at 7:40am and found him dead in his crate with blood and fluid coming out of his belly. I screamed and pleaded for him to wakeup, his belly still warm but his body stiff. I called Clayton Animal Hospital and they just said sorry and sent over 2 vet techs who grabbed him out of the crate to bring to my car to transport to Rollins Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory for Necropsy. Necropsy results said he hemorrhaged and had SEVERE inflammation, essentially dying from SEPSIS. He had muscle NECROSIS. aka his muscle tissue was DYING. He was in their care MONDAY, WED, all day THUR and all signs that he was septic were missed. He had stopped EATING and DRINKING since TUESDAY and CAYLEE CUPPERNULL said and I quote "I don't feel like eating when I have the flu either, he is just a sensitive boy". I have talked to other people who have also lost their pets at the hands of this hospital. I am BEGGING you, do not take your animals here for any major surgery, they will KILL your beloved pet. This place is disgusting and unsanitary. FUN FACT: Caylee Cuppernull never even reached out to apologize or show remorse. I NEVER heard from her ever again and all anyone else could say was "so sorry we don't know how this could have happened". I loved this dog with all my heart and soul. He was THE SWEETEST boy ever, so gentle and full of love with his large paws. I just wanted the best for him and I feel like a failure as a dog parent. Bruno trusted me blindly and I put my trust in this hospital just to lose my fur baby who should have had 5+ more years ahead of him.
