I'd never been to Global Pet Foods before - what a mistake!…read moreIt's right in my neighborhood, they carry our brand of dog food, they had tons of toys, bedding, treats, locally sourced chewing items (eg bully sticks), you name it! They also had a wide array of cat stuff, as I was accidentally looking in the wrong isle when I first walked in. Competitive prices, convenient, super friendly staff, A++. Thanks!

I'm not sure why Yelp felt the need to hide all the positive reviews and leave the negative ones. I'd never been into a global pet foods before moving into the neighbourhood. I have now and I can say that I love it. The staff here are highly knowledgable and really care about your pets. They're willing to go above and beyond to make sure you and your pet is happy. They helped me out with a tricky food situation for my cat and saved me money doing it. They have a great food and litter loyalty program and carry all the brands you could want OR can order them in if by some off chance they don't have the ones you're looking for. From now on, I'll come here for all my pet needs.

Shoguns Gym at Sleep Rover is such an incredible spot!…read more My severely anxious 2.5 yr old mixed breed Roscoe has experienced so much success using this facility! By our third session with coach Amanda's guidance he had the slat mill figured out and was reaching top speeds! He loves the pool and the outdoor space as well, and is extra happy when we bring one of his friends. Having access to Sho Gun's to fulfil his mental and physical needs over the last three months has noticeably reduced his overall anxiety. We are so grateful for this amazing spot and the incredible staff!

Sherry is amazing and the only groomer we will allow near our Chow Chows as I fully trust her with…read moreour Chow chows. We drive three hrs each way to get our chows groomed by her as she is that amazing and so good with them. Sherry has given us tips and tricks on grooming them at home between appointments and even though I have had chows over 30 years I still learned more grooming tips from Sherry. Book a appointment with Sherry you will not be disappointed and your dog or cat will defiantly love Sherry. Both our chows love Sherry so much and get very excited as soon as we pull up to her place. Somehow they know exactly where we are before we get out of the car. Our youngest runs into her arms with kisses and our oldest wags her tail as Sherry grooms her the whole time. Our two Chows love Sherry as much as they love us and that alone speaks volumes on how good she is. Chows don't trust strangers easy but our Chows have loved Sherry since day one and that worth the drive as they love and trust her and so do we. Add in of course both Chows look amazing after they see Sherry for grooming and we are very happy. Its worth every cent and mile to take them so far for grooming with Sherry.

We highly recommend this store and have friends that drive out from Calgary to shop here because of the excellent service and friendly atmosphere.
