These people are not fit to be selling puppy's , I recently lost my beautiful golden retriever and was in the pet shop with my daughter looking at the puppy's. There was a cross bred Mareema of which I knew nothing about so after realising they looked like a golden retriever, was asking are they good family pets and are they good with strangers coming in the house and with walking them net other dogs, they told me it's like all dogs it's how you train them. They did not once tell me they were a guardian sheep dog and protect live stock and properties. I would not of purchased a guard dog as I. Have a cousin who was attacked when she was 6 by a guard dog and ended up with 120 stitches in her face. This sort of dog is not for me or my family. They did not once ask what sort of property we have and do we have a large secure yard ( which we have not) surely selling animals such as dogs they have a duty to that dog to make sure it's going to a suitable home. I rang up once I was repeatedly being asked do you know what they are like, why have you bought that and the more I researched, realised we had totally been mislead. I was spoken to so rudely and there was no compassion for the dog, I was told I was accusing them of being liars, and that they would take the dog back and sell it to a family that appreciated it (why they couldn't do that in the first place, I don't know). Then he said you will not receive any refund, I wasn't asking for a refund I asked if we could have a more suitable dog for us when they got one in and that I was willing to pay any costs evolved.
