My dog is regularly groomed, and I've never had this issue with any other groomer. He was dropped off at 9 AM, and I received a call at 4 PM that he was ready--seven hours later! When I picked him up, his haircut was incomplete and uneven, yet I was still charged $110. This level of service is unacceptable. Petsense needs to provide better training or hire more experienced groomers. This is how my dog looked after leaving, totally unacceptable.

They weren't taking ANY responsibility for it. She said he was matted. She didn't say anything about him being matted when she dropped him off. Then she said he moved. Now she's offering a refund for the appointment, but she's not paying the vet bill. Update, she refunded the money for the "haircut" to my friend.

The instructions they gave me did not work. Overall, I was impressed with the facility and most likely take my dog back.
