My dog is regularly groomed, and I've never had this issue with any other groomer. He was dropped off at 9 AM, and I received a call at 4 PM that he was ready--seven hours later! When I picked him up, his haircut was incomplete and uneven, yet I was still charged $110. This level of service is unacceptable. Petsense needs to provide better training or hire more experienced groomers. This is how my dog looked after leaving, totally unacceptable.

Now she's offering a refund for the appointment, but she's not paying the vet bill. Update, she refunded the money for the "haircut" to my friend.
