We were getting two dogs groomed at different times, so when my daughter was told the first one would be ready soon as she dropped the second one off, so she decided to wait. She watched for 20 minutes and witnessed all of the above happen to our dogs. She called me distressed and so I drove over. When I arrived more than 15 minutes later, the dogs were still in the same situations: one in a kennel shivering with box fans blowing on him, and the other on the table, shaking and ignored while the groomer was on her phone. The groomer became irate when she discovered I was there. I don't think she liked anyone seeing and questioning her methods. I was never rude and never even so much as raised my voice. She became angry and shoved my dog at me by her scruff and told me to leave. My daughter took the other dog as well. Although I don't believe she deserved it, we paid and left. I will never use this groomer again. I would recommend no one use them, but if you do decide to chance it, I suggest you drop in unexpectedly and take a peek at what's happening and see how you feel about it.

The main issue occurred at their last grooming - where the woman told us she would not be able to groom our smaller dog anymore unless we drugged him. He is a senior dog who's very nervous around groomers and he peed while she groomed him. If you're a dog groomer, you have to expect this will happen. You're taking care of dogs. I couldn't believe that was her recommendation. Obviously we stopped services immediately with this company. I would caution anyone from using Graham's. Additionally, it was prohibitively expensive, at almost $500 per groom for two dogs.

I'll start with the positive, the shave was a shave. but I'm highly upset with 3 key factors from less important to most important, 1. They gave us a 2 hour arrival window, but provided no update when they were on the way (where they always notify my mother when they are on the way) 2. Several of his nails were bleeding from being cut to short, he's a squirmer but I've successfully cut all his nails with out hitting the quick. and number 3: mom sent the groomer all the information and picture and was quoted a price "about the same" as their dog, but getting here and jacking the price up by $50 is completely unacceptable, but our dog is suffering from severe skin irritation so I had to accept, WILL NOT USE AGAIN.

The staff at five points was wonderful with her and went the extra mile to ensuring that she was safe and stable throughout her stay. They made sure she was comfortable and keep a close eye on her at all times. Upon our return, Georgia was active, alert, and enthusiastic to see not only us but the staff members when we went in to get her. In order to assist her with her mobility issues, they tried various mat and rug configurations to make sure she was okay throughout the night. I have to admit I was concerned leaving her but whenever my husband checked the video feed she seemed content. It was a relief knowing she was so well taken care of and seeing her happy when we picked her up. They even had a detailed sign on the door of her suite outlining all of our concerns and her issues. It was reassuring to know that everyone who cared for her knew our concerns. We just hope that they enjoyed the time with Georgia as much she enjoyed spending with them. Five Points Pet Resort is more than two hours from our home and we have initially chose them because they had someone that checked on the babies in the evening. Little did we know how kind and caring everyone on staff would be. This was our second time staying at Five Points and the long drive is work every minute knowing our girl is being well cared for.
