if you care about your animals don't go here, i for one will not be going back. my healthy cat…read moreneeded bloodwork and a rabies vaccine and somehow they gave him sepsis. i do not know if they work in dirty conditions or re-use supplies on animals but my cat almost died. when I called to ask questions thinking that maybe my cat was having a reaction to the rabies vaccine I was told I would be given a call back. they never called back. in fact they told me they had no record of me calling even though i sent them a photo of the. call record from saturday morning. was told that saturdays are busy and would not have had time to answer my call. was also told it's the "call centers" fault.... the whole situation was very mishandled and has caused me almost 3000 is emergency vet bills. Since it was a dedicated pet supply kiosk, I had expected the prices to be marked up, but they weren't too bad. Many of the products were beautiful, well crafted, and darling. The kiosk attendant was cheerfully helpful, too. It was a pleasant visit.

She gave our little Olive so much love and presented her with a sample board of treats to try! Peanut butter, meatloaf, salmon, and even alligator treats, to name only a few! Olive ended up choosing a bag of the soft, high-quality salmon treats ($6). Among the various delicious treats (Olive told me so), there are numerous other pet related products. Dog clothes, toys, collars, strollers, to even great items for the pet parent such as stickers, keychains, dog themed beverage containers, purses, wallets, shirts, and even darling dog breed Croc shoe charms. Anything you could think of, they carry it. Prices were extremely reasonable, too! To top it off, Julie asked if Olive would like her photo taken to go on the store's digital wall of "pupstomers." I've always been really happy with the results, you can tell the grooming staff is professional, efficient, and really cares about the health and wellbeing of the dogs they provide services for. Bonus, they also give your pet a cute little scarf when they're done. I've bought a few other things from this store like treats and such but can't say a lot about any other services here. It doesn't seem like a huge store but they have a decent enough selection so they'll probably have at least a few choices of whatever you're looking for. Fair warning, getting in and out of the lot can be a bit of a pain when there's a lot of traffic, but that's an issue with the lot itself and not this business.

They did not listen to my request for a trim. They clearly cannot use scissors and rely on a machine based on how choppy his feet and ears are.

The store was super clean and organized - you wouldn't think that this was a pet store. The cats were sleeping and birds were chirping. All very healthy and peaceful. Zachary helped me find some hairball treats without having to look around the store. Saved me a lot of time to head back to my senior cat and give him the aid he needs. Most of the bakery items on the display table were hard, but a couple were soft treats, which we selected. The non- decorated treats on the display table went for $1.50/ounce. Just grab a bag, use the tongs, and pick out your dog's treats. The store was very clean and the two gals working the front were friendly and helpful too. I am very pleased overall with our experience and would recommend this location.
