I was unable to make a rescheduled (by them) appointment and called but no answer. I took my dog there for a new appointment and was told that the price would be the same as usual ($90). After 3 1/2 hours of my dog being there, (no bath no grooming) they tell me over the phone that I have to pay $120 before they start or " just come get your dog". Of 3 years of my dog getting groomed, I've never had to pay beforehand. When I get there, I try to clear confusion but I get over talked by the groomer. When I ask to get my dog and leave, he tells me that it'll be fine if I just pay upfront. I demanded my dog and we left.

For an entire groom (bath, brush, hair cut, nails trim) it's about $42. Prices might differ for different breeds. Remy usually always comes home with a nice bandana around his neck & looking very handsome. His groom does vary; sometimes I notice that his coat is not as trimmed or that his coat is not entirely brushed out. I bring him here mostly because it's very close to my house & cheaper than a few other grooming places I looked up. Even though the quality isn't consistent, overall I'm happy with the result. She takes appointments, but there have been a few times that the business was closed without posted reason. Her hours also vary depending on her appointment load so I wouldn't recommend just walking in.

This is super-important to Nash's humans because Nash had a terrible experience at the groomer he used to visit. We switched to Sudsy Buds three years ago and they reversed that completely! Now Nash absolutely LOVES bath day! He DANCES when he realizes he's arrived at the groomer. And he is happy when his humans pick him up. Thank you so much, Sudsy Buds! We love you!!!!
