We recently had to go out of town on short notice. Donna did an amazing job caring of our dog while we were gone. She actually makes special treats for her guests. I would highly recommend her services to anyone needing to board a pet. read more

History

Established in 2023.

We are a newly established business, starting in October 2023. We took over from Donna, who left us a great legacy to uphold. We were trained by her daughter Lisa. The mother-daughter duo behind the business, Becky and Zahara, are passionate life-long animal lovers. They are both seeking education to deepen their knowledge of animal care.

Meet the Business Owner: Donna A.

The owner & animal care giver & nurse is Donna Adney. She is uniquely qualified to handle most animal situations. She has been a Schutzhund trainer, breeder, owner handler & trainer of Champion German Shepherd dogs. Alabama's first home bred Ch. German Shepherd Dog " Best in show" Top herding dog is her breeding . Her other experiences has been in treating & handling dogs & cats in a large boarding clinic . She also taught the staff how to raise orphaned animals & the special care that is needed . She took infants kittens to raise from rescues who did not know the care protocol. Returning them back to rescue, as healthy adoptable kittens. What prompted her to work with animals ? She realized as a child, animals would seek her out . They specialize in aggressive breeds and dangerous dogs. Excellent care, I'm sure, but not the environment I want our pets to be in!

My female had to be carried out to car she could not walk and bith dogs had horrible diarrhea and vomiting for 2 weeks they have never had these issues, I feared I was gonna have to put the female down even! It was very apparent they were in crates, they are too big for such and I kniw now they do crate to dry after grooming which is unacceptable I thought they had been blown dry not stuffed in a crate wet to dry!!!! I since found a way better place and the difference in picking them up at new facility was night and day my dogs were healthy and happy in new place! Im horribly disappointed and pissed I have spent thousands there through the years and spoke with a couple folks there about this and not a work back no apologies or explanation!
