I was going to give Angela a second chance and scheduled an appointment today when I showed up she would not turn her back to have a conversation with me finally she stated rudely I wasn't on her book. When I I showed her the appointment card she rudely replied she wanted me to go somewhere else. A friend recommended Dapper Doggies Depot for my very anxious little dog. The groomer, Stacey, has…read moremany years of grooming experience, and most importantly she really cares about her work. She is also kind enough to donate her spare time to give extensive groomings to recent rescues, like my little man once was: matted in feces, nails never been trimmed, believe me it can be a big job. The thing that makes her service unique is that it is done out of her home (with VERY professional equipment, she has the full set-up), and ALL appointments are scheduled to have padding between, so that there is no overlap. That means your dog will never be left in a cage or have to be around strange dogs with lots of barking and weird smells. If you have an anxious dog this is the most important thing to make grooming low stress. Stacey takes great pride in her work, and EVERYTHING I asked her about her process led back to one thing: the comfort and safety of my dog. She will never leave a dog on a table for even a moment where it could slip or jump, when she grinds their nails she uses a diamond head instead of emry because the emry gets too hot, she always trims the hygiene areas instead of using clippers because clippers can nick, she has like every type of scissors and clipper head you could imagine. I bet she can do custom hair color, too! I'll ask next time. A cool feature: during your pet's haircut, she takes some before photos, progress photos (there is a picture of my dog hanging in a hammock to get his nails clipped, so cute), and after photos, and then they go into a gallery on her site! My little guy was very brave. So if you have a nervous dog, a special needs dog, or a fearfully aggressive dog, Stacey will know exactly how to take care of them.

Both of my senior dogs, Georgie and Joey do so well with Stacey and the studio is always spotless.read more

Started my baby at daycare and LOVE that I could see a picture of her or a short video on snap chat. I quickly became THAT pet mom with daycare screen shots on her phone she sent to friends. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean indoor daycare or place to board their pup.
