I've gone to two other groomers including petsmart and honestly this place is the best. The owner is so welcoming and informative. She takes into consideration of what you want to do with your pooch. Knowing my pup, Hansel, he is a bit shy at first and has a lions mane, hairy rump and arm hairs that stick out, so I'm always a bit apprehensive about taking him to get a cut. Setting up an appointment was so easy, the place is in the tiny plaza where Bubba liquor is at and such a home felt spot. The price for my chihuahua with the bath + haircut came out reasonable and they did a great job. They did everything I wanted for my boy and even more. They know what they are doing when it comes to dog styling. And they never pressure the dogs when it comes to the cuts and explains their methods to keeping them calm during the process which made me feel comfortable in trusting this place. I've already reccomended them to my family members and I'll continue to return to this place for future grooming. read more

Meagan is quite literally a dog whisperer. She was highly recommended to me by a good friend and Meagan exceeded my expectations. I was disappointed with my 1st experience with a dog groomer close by. They barely did anything and charged me full price. Meagan was super patient, she took her time on my puppy and my puppy felt very comfortable in her hands and allowed her to take care of him. I am very skeptical when it comes to taking my baby Yorkie, Lexus, to new groomers. But, this place really made me feel comfortable the moment I had a question for the owners about my dog. They happily answered my questions and told me to just bring her over and they'll take good care of her. And that, they did! Lexus turned out looking like a show dog that she was before. It really filled my heart up to see how happy both Lexus and the owners were. During the grooming, the owners called my cell phone to ask if I would love to shave her belly or how short/long you want the tail to be and they give off great opinions if you're not too sure. What I love most about the place is that after they're done getting groomed, they don't stay in the crate til you pick them up. The owners will walk them around and sniff the patch of grass they have in front. I called to make an appointment and Megan was so courteous over the phone she really took the time and explained all the services she offers and assured me my Dog Harley would be in good hands. My husband took her at 1pm and she was there til 6pm, I thought it was such a long time for such a little dog....but oh my God when I went to pick her up my Harley looked like a totally different dog!! Before my second visit, I called ahead to schedule an appointment. I was told they were fully booked for two solid weeks. I was told the next available appointment was in early January and asked to be scheduled in on 1/4. On the day of the appointment I received a call around 1 hr before from the groomer saying she was sick and couldn't make it. We agreed to reschedule for the following week at the same time. I arrived during the agreed upon time slot of 9-9:30am. The shop was closed and nobody was in sight. I waited until around 9:40, and when nobody showed I attempted to contact them by phone. I called both numbers, the groomer's cell and the store number, with no response. I do believer in giving second chances, but I'm also a believer in not giving third chances. I believe the way I was treated in this transaction was horrendous. Perhaps they feel they have such a large pool of customers that they can afford to lose some. In either case not only will I never be returning, I'll try my best to make sure I warn as many people as possible about the way this place treats potential customers! STAY AWAY!!! read more

Really good service and really good price. It's kinda hidden in the back but it is a shop. The groomer was very nice and attentive to my dog. He is a mini schnauzer and NEEDED a cut.
