I noticed my dog started to get comfortable with her very quickly. After the grooming session Angie told me she stoped a few times because my dog was getting anxious so she would stop and play/talk with my dog until she calmed down. I greatly appreciate Angie's care and love for pets and she truly treats them as if they are her own. My pet and I plan on being a long term customers. And her bandanas are the cutest!!!

After six months of silence, this guy suddenly messages me saying, "Are you still interested in…read morethis service?" as I received the message in SMS format - I had no idea what he was talking about - he messaged me without even mentioning what service he's talking about. Seriously? You think I've been sitting here waiting for you all this time? When I questioned him, instead of apologizing or owning up, he got sarcastic and told me I was being "smart & tough." That's his idea of customer service - insulting someone for pointing out how ridiculous his message was. And then I mentioned just because he has messaged me rudely now by saying that I am being "smart & tough" I messaged him back that now he deserves a rating on Yelp - and then he tried to justify it by saying he was "out of the country because of a sad family moment." If that's true, learn how to pause your business or set an auto-reply or reply from there in few days. Don't pop up half a year later acting like you're doing me a favor. If you enjoy rude, clueless communication and zero professionalism, maybe he's your guy. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and find someone who actually respects their clients' time.

I've always groomed my own dogs, but when my foster dog developed a severely overgrown dewclaw…read morewhich curled in a circle and threatened to puncture the pad, I decided to let a pro handle it. Two groomers told me to go to the vet for it. That sounded like several hundred dollars to do what a groomer would do, and probably them also suggesting a four figure surgery to remove the dewclaws. Walking by The Pet Affaire, I decided to drop in and met Rodney, who told me to come by the next morning with the dog. In about 10 minutes, a unfazed Rodney and his team did all his nails and cut back the problem dewclaw significantly, despite the Cujo-like antics of the (muzzled) dog. The price was super reasonable and the dog doesn't associate me with the unpleasant experience. Win-win. I love watching pros who know what they're doing, and this was a perfect example of that. Highly recommend this establishment and will be returning.

It's such a relief knowing she is in such good hands when she is with Mark from Supreme Pawfection. Supreme is always punctual, kind, and listen well to your pets needs. I usually have quite a few requests and Mark never makes me feel like it's an issue or an annoyance for him to do. He joyfully accommodates Daisy's needs. It's also so nice that the fur baby is never having to be locked in a cage or exposed to other animals with the mobile grooming service. They usually have a cute accessory, too, like bows or bandanas. They offer hypoallergenic products as well which is perfect! They usually book up quickly so I'd recommend booking in advance. However, if needed, it's always worth asking if they can get you in on short notice, sometimes they can! They're great about trying to get you in as soon as possible. We really appreciate Mark's care and gentle manner with Daisy! She is a tiny rescue dog who can get scared easily, so it really means a lot to us. She is also at least middle aged and Mark handles her with great care.

He's much happier after the fact as well. He doesn't have a stress response at all to these new groomers. Supreme Pawfection did not do anything to accommodate Cash and his special needs. He literally spent time In their truck YELPING in October of 2023. Calling them back in the first place was our mistake. Seriously, avoid these groomers. And don't let their updated "nice" reply fool you. This is a review for the experience we had with Roxy as a groomer in February 5th, 2024, whereas the previous review was for the experience we had circa October 2024: Roxy was very unfriendly when we handed her our dog. She CONSTANTLY kept telling us how old he was, over and over. Afterwards, just saying "he's just so old," which... we know. That's why we booked your "senior fee." She was pretty unprofessional in this regard, and after he was done, she didn't give him a bandana or anything like that. The previous groom in October of 2023 had him YELPING from the van so loud we could hear it down the street and in our apartment. Why we called them back again in February to deal with Roxy, I'm not sure. I'm so grateful this place refused to groom my dog again because since, I've found a WONDERFUL mobile grooming service who are so sweet with my little dude - literally kiss him on the head and hold him like a little baby. Bummed I went to this place as long as I did, because they clearly hire incompetent groomers with a severe lack of compassion, but so thankful to have found the other mobile groomers! DM me for their name. Clearly it was a skill issue with Supreme Pawfection.
