My sister and I are extremely frightened by them so enough is enough. Melissa was very friendly each time we spoke on the phone. She returned my phone calls within 24 hours when I left her a message. Our service occurred last Friday with one of the service man. I was at work during the time but my sister and dad were there to supervise. The man arrived on time for our 2 pm appointment. The service was quite fast as it was only 20 minutes. We thought that it would be longer because initially we were told the appointment was for an hour. The man sprayed along the base for the exterior and interior of our home. What we didn't like was that he wore his dirty shoes in our entire home. I mentioned this to Melissa and she stated that they are required to wear booties. She did apologize and stated she would let the service man know. The one pest service has a 100 day guarantee and was about $207 including tax. I do find it expensive for a 20 minute service. (Is that even legal? Makes me wonder how many negative reviews have they had removed from their page?) I told this mediator that if Armour would just reply to my unanswered email about missed appointments with an explanation or apology, I'd edit my review to reflect that they did me that courtesy. The mediator told me they wouldn't do it and literally said "I feel really bad for you" ... I would never drag a small business online for making some mistakes, they were cheaper than most services and when we hired them we figured we'd be ok with the no-frills attitude that sometimes come with that. But refusing accountability for these mistakes, and then this new bizarreness with hiring a 3rd party to remove my review... I think it's important this unprofessional conduct is noted.
