As soon as he answered the phone it was a positive and attractive conversation. He informed me that they're production warehouse is in CT but if I overnighted the shirt he would get it done within a couple hours and overnight it back to me as I need it today, Friday, which it just arrived. (Thanks so much Chris)!!!!!! They usually ship back ground UPS but as this is for my boss I sent him a return express UPS label and he took care of the rest. I can't believe he was so easy going and efficient and all the other competitors wouldn't take one this project at all. I quickly told him my specs and was told to email the owner with my request and the owner would get back to me. I would have taken the email and POSSIBLY sought their service had he shown some interest in attracting more customers. Hopefully the owner is a little more cordial and attentive.

After ordering sleeping bags from LL Bean I needed to find a place to have the embroidery done…read more Yeah yeah I know LL Bean offers embroidery but if you have kids, and teens at that, then you know that what you think and what they want are two different things. I gave the girls the sleeping bags and carrying cases minus the stitching as gifts and then asked them what they wanted. I got the "I don't know" answer so I ventured over to 4 Seasons with the carrying bags. They gave me color and font options for the girls to pick from. After getting my instructions from the kids, back I went with my instructions. They did a great job and the bags were done. However, after a few trips some of the stitching got caught on "something" and came unraveled. Back in I went to have it fixed. They fixed it up at no charge and no questions. The original price was reasonable and they have an upstairs store so I can buy local school apparel too. The only hard part is matching up my work hours and theirs. I wish I could swing by on a Sat but they are only open weekdays with hours like the bank so I do have to make a bit more of an effort to get over there. Other than that I have been really happy with the work and the service.

I ordered a school uniform from here for my son. It was not an inexpensive uniform as shorts and a…read moretop cost over 60 dollars. My order was placed on august 26th and on sept 14th I emailed and called in regards to my order, asking where it was. The woman on the phone told me my order was In store and would be shipped out the next day. I then received an unpleasant email informing me it had only been 10 business days and that my order was delayed. It had in fact been 13 business days and then tone of the email was just awful. This was not good communication or customer service. On September 26th I reached out via email with no response. I left a voicemail on September 28th and September 30th and also got no response. I noticed they had a Facebook and posted quite frequently so I decided to comment on a post explaining I had called and emailed with no response. I also said instead of creating Facebook posts, they should check in with their customers about their orders. To which they replied with a snarky Facebook post thanking their customers who had been patient with them. This is not only unprofessional it is immature. I then got a Facebook message with a link to my order which is now finally arriving this week. The takeaway here is TERRIBLE customer service and TERRIBLE communication. Do not do business here.
