Dr. Pertsovsky may be a well-trained in his craft medical practitioner with very nice and clean office, but his bedside manners leave a lot to be desired.
Dishonest, greedy, uncaring and very "dry" - these are not only My impressions of his character traits and not stopping-by to see/check his patient right after he performed a procedure is unprofessional and plain rude by any standard.
I had a number of procedures performed by other doctors, but this is the first time I see such level of ignorance.
On the day of a test Dr. Pertsovsky performed only one procedure citing insurance regulations, which do not permit both tests to be performed simultaneously, although only 3 days prior during initial interview, this was discussed and agreed upon - otherwise I would have chosen other doctors who do their best to accommodate patients, not insurance companies.
No notice of change in procedure was given the day prior, during a confirmation call from his office, or when I came to have both (as I was led to believe) tests performed as expected.
I, also, had general anesthesia performed several times in my life and it was always absolutely painless. Not at Dr. Pertsovsky's office - his anesthesiologist was pushing the content of the syringe into my vein so hard, it caused me a lot of pain.
Upon my first visit to Dr. Pertsovky's office, a COVID-19 test was performed - no results were ever furnished.
My $40 co-payment was assessed additional $1.40 or 3.5% for credit card use, which I think is illegal and no other doctor does! And, considering hundreds and thousands of dollars this doctor charges insurance companies, this measly "extra" speaks volumes about Dr. Pertsovsky's greediness.
About his staff - considering that there is more than one person, some are nice but some have serious attitude issues, I guess they took after their boss in treating patients like milk cows - first, jerk'em dry and then give'em a kick in a butt...
Needless to say, I won't be coming back to Dr. Pertsovsky and I hope you won't. read more
