Staff made recommendations for my first workout. Staff assisted me in renting the yoga mat and towel. Picked yoga for the first work out. Others working out were very encouraging in the common areas. Loved it was a private workout and you could sweat in a private area. There is also an area with weights and bands for a workout without the heat. Spinning and rowing are also available to use in the saunas. Team reviewed the safety features for members who work out when they are not there. Also reviewed program and fees as well as the specials they were running. Couple of notes of areas of opportunity: -hard to watch the instructor while in poses. Difficult when you are new to the moves. With experience and time would get a lot easier -website doesn't describe well that it is 24/7 when you are a member. This was great to learn once I arrived that it has very flexible times to attend. Looking for a new way to step up your workout, this would be a perfect switch to. Overall great experience and a sweaty and energizing workout. Absolutely recommend.

It is open 24 hours a day so no excuses for not getting your workout in. The staff explained the infrared suana would help with recovery. The workouts are streamed into the sauna so no live instructors. There is an area to do a little workout or stretch on your own. You do need their special Matt's for the saunas. If you forget yours you can rent one through the vending machine for the day.

On the way to the appointment they called saying they were running late by 30 min, which to me was no big deal. They asked if I wanted to cancel, I didn't. Looking back, I think this was them trying to get me to cancel. Once I met with the aesthetician, she told me that a chemical peel was "bottom of the barrel" and "a waste of your money, because you're going to be disappointed with the results." She then recommended $3800+ worth of moxie and other services, none of which could be done during my appointment. She also said that after those recommended treatments I would still be disappointed with the results, and would need additional expensive treatments. I left feeling very disappointed and self-conscious. I do appreciate the honesty of this conversation, but it was still incredibly disappointing and wasted my evening. It kind of felt like the aesthetician just wanted to be done with her day. It also felt like they were using the visia results to scare me into buying their treatment plan. At no time was anyone rude, she was very kind and direct. I've had an excellent experience with a hydrafacial in the past at the spa. I think it would be beneficial for them to ask what your skincare goals are, instead of just assuming that you're looking for flawlessness. I have no expectation that my skin will ever be free from signs of sun, as I am outside every day. Mixed feelings on if I'll return.

This is a floatation center and sauna place but I only tried the floatation. It's a large tank with…read morelots 9f Epsom salt on which you float in water that is mostly set to body temp and with the eat plugs and darkness when you close the tank, you float and all senses are turned off. You can still hear muffled water sounds but not much. The process: You insert the ear plugs, shower and wash your hair with their unscented, organic clarifying body wash, shampoo and conditioner to ensure no oils enter the tank and enter the tank. There is a faint blue light in the tank that you can shut once you close the doors. You focus on breathing for the allotted time (I did an hour), and just float while being unplugged from everything. When your time is up, soft musoc plays, and you exit the tank and shower again to remove the salt. Done regularly, it is supposed to be as therapeutic as meditation, improving sleep, reducing stress, and lowering blood pressure. The guy said you usually reach those levels after going a few times to train your brain to totally unplug. The tank is tall enough that you can sit up in it but gets completely dark with the light off. It got a little warm and I opened it a few times to let in some cool air when it felt stifling. The water felt a touch cooler than my body so it was a little distracting having my face feel hot but my body feel a slight chill. Other than that it felt relaxing and was a cool experience and chance to unplug. Everything was clean and they provide all you need for the shower, plus make-up remover, lotion, blow dryer, contact cases and solution, hair ties, robes and slippers. The owner was friendly and did a thorough job explaining the process. I am undecided as to whether I would do it again not because it was unpleasant in any way, but because I don't know if I have the mental strength and patience to unplug regularly, hence why I don't meditate.

It did not really focus on the postures of yoga. If you want something quick, louder music, high energy instructor there is a class for that. I was not used to this but did my best to keep up and learn the moves as we went along. The quick feet movement on the yoga mats gave me a blister on the bottom of my big toe, but I could feel the workout for a couple days after. You are greeted when you walk in, you check in and get a mat or towel if you forgot yours. You can kick your shoes off or make your way down the hall to the changing/shower/bathroom. There is lockers, but you'll need your own lock. Then you make your way to the smaller room built for your class. Its was aimed to be hot, but just a mere 92 degrees. I had a few moments to enjoy the sauna room before we starting moving. Then it was all downhill. I dont know how you are to workout, sweat, and not loose your grip on the slick, sweaty yoga mat as you jump up and down and lift weights and move your butt off I felt good after the long class. I was able to go straight home and get my shower in, but this class we intense. I wish I had the ability to go back and try another one of the classes like hot Yoga or something a little less fast paced. They are all on their app, but the timing just did not work out for me.

Honestly, I couldn't remember how much I had booked the room for and was pleasantly surprised by the folio. This experience was similar to staying at a luxury brand, but at a more affordable price! The hotel is nice, but it's the staff that really sets this place apart. Hats off to the management and everyone who works here for making this place so special for guests. I was already on the Element website looking for properties in other places we are visiting in 2026!
