I started going to Perspire in Austin and when I moved back to Dallas, I was upset that there wasn't one in the metroplex. I've been living in Omaha for the past month and as soon as I found that they had a location here, I drove right over. This sauna is a wellness tool you need in your toolbox. The infrared is important. From the feeling of sweating, to the anxiety release, to the chromotherapy, there's nothing I can complain about. If you need to catch up on your shows, there's a tv! You can also listen to music and have a meditative moment if you need to. Their customer service is exceptional. The front desk guy (forgot his name) remembered my name every time and I had only been in 2 times prior. It's either really good recruiting or awesome company training as the TX locations were the same. I recommend Perspire to all of my clients!

Inside : So many goodies to purchase (including grove fresh pressed juice)

Perspire Sauna : An oasis in the midst of a chaotic world. My husband says I'm dramatic, but when I say Perspire is God's gift to Omaha, I'm being dead serious. I don't know how our little Midwest city got #blessed with a place like perspire, but all I can say is that absolutely no other sauna beats this experience. EXPERIENCE : My experience was so good it made me consider selling plasma just to pay for a membership here, so if that doesn't say something I don't know what will. Upon arrival I met the sweet franchise owner, Ashley, who helped give me the run down on all things infrared sauna. The thing that sold me was how many benefits you can experience from these sessions. Want clear skin? Perspire. Want to detox? Perspire. Want to burn calories & boost your metabolism? Perspire. Want to lower stress and anxiety? Perspire. The list literally goes ON. For those chronically ill, stressed, looking for recovery options for muscles, etc, you can find it in these sauna sessions. Anyway, I digress. I am the type of person that likes to know EVERYTHING before I try something, and Ashley literally told me every detail down to the mitochondria about Perspire sauna's and their mission in your body which I really appreciated. Everything was so clear I didn't have a single question. Anything I was even slightly curious about was either told to me or written on a laminated sheet inside my room. She gave me crystal clear directions for the sauna and once I was in, 40 minutes had never gone so fast in my life. I feel like I drifted into the most relaxed dream world, and haven't felt that at peace in years. If you're a TV person and 40 minutes without stimulants makes you want to roll on glass, don't worry, there's a TV with Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, etc. Think you don't have time for a 40 minute session yet you go home and watch 3 hours of TV? I beg to differ. Why not come here and get 5 trillion benefits for your body while watching your favorite show? Deal. After about 15 minutes I thought I'd get carried off into the river of sweat I was producing.. it was fantastic. Ever since learning about how important it is to sweat for the body to detox, I have loved sweating and view it completely different. There are multiple lights for different purposes, all of which are described on the sheets inside your room. How did I feel after? Like freaking superwoman. My skin felt refreshed and rejuvenated, my joints felt better, my mind felt more clear, and I can only imagine all of the unseen things that improved inside my body during my session! I felt about as good as I do after spending a day by the ocean, soaking up the sun and swimming in the saltwater. This is a great therapy during winter months as your skin and muscles take a hit from the cold, and also for those who experience SAD, this place is for you ATMOSPHERE : Zen. That's the best way I can describe it. White, bright, peaceful, quiet, and overall just relaxing. They have gentle music over the speakers, dim lights, and truly create such a refreshing, CLEAN environment. I have been to saunas where I literally feel like I am going to get herpes from sitting on the dirty bench, but you can tell Perspire takes action and care to clean their facility thoroughly. They also offer things to purchase up front like grove juices, water, Turkish towels, and more. $$$ : Perspire offers memberships as well as one time sessions. I truly think their prices are average and also reasonable. For example, it's $69 a month for 4 sessions, which I think is awesome for people who can't cough up $120+ a month for more. And then there are obviously higher packages for those who can afford it that offers more sessions, with the highest being unlimited. I was encouraged to see their lowest package being something I could actually try and afford, though! If you don't have the cash to be a member, at least try it ONCE. For your first session it's just $20. For the cheap Midwesterner who just read that and said, "$20 for ONE session?" let me remind you of the target shirt you bought that was $20 and is now collecting dust in your closet or the $20 you spend a week on crappy Starbucks coffee.. Listen Linda, the least you can do is spend $20 to experience something that is beneficial, healing, and transformative to your entire body. For goodness sake, it's the only place in life that you can sit for 40 and do nothing but relax and actually burn calories doing it! Have I convinced you yet? I hope so. TIPS : They are great about informing you, so you really should know all you need to know. But for those who are trying it for their first time, make sure to hydrate, eat a small snack, and wear loose clothing to your session. Also, make sure to park and walk into the side that is facing Lowe's and not 144th st! It can be a bit confusing at first.

The team greeted me quickly and with friendly smiles. Nate, Roxanne and Shelly were kind and eager to help and answer any questions I had. The space is clean and bright and very secure. Upon the start of your session, they show you to your room and explain how to work the sauna, the TV and the various lighting benefits. They provide plenty of info and they have a video cued up explaining the uses and benefits of the saunas. I was very impressed with the staffing, the space and the sauna itself. Thanks for the great hour alone, Perspire!

I came for a intro session in November and have been thinking about Perspire ever since. When I saw they began accepting HSA as payment I immediately signed up for a package and have been so happy since I started. The saunas really are state of the art and each room regardless the size is great. I love that I can hear the TV or music inside the sauna and the controls are really easy to use. I've experimented with the light changes and love the purple. Time flies each session. The facility is always clean and the way appointments are scheduled I never actually see anyone or have to come in contact with anyone besides the friendly front of house woman. There are SO many benefits to this type of spa and I encourage everyone to read up on why it's so great for you mentally, physically, and probably spiritually. Bonus- they carry The Grove Juicery fresh pressed juices, which is a HUGE plus to replenish yourself post sweat-sesh. I can already tell I will be a member for a long time.

You know how we get that winter chill that kind of sticks with us all winter here in Nebraska. For the first time this winter I truly feel warmed and relaxed. While it definitely left me longing for summer, I definitely left feeling so relaxed. I love the options of Hulu, Netflix or pandora. I chose to find a guided meditation podcast and treated it as a spa moment. The memberships are clearly the best value !!! Will definitely be either buying a package or doing a membership !!

This was my first sauna experience. Their schedule was very welcoming, and I booked my appointment for the following day. The lady went over all the information over the phone and emailed me my voucher ahead of time. Upon arrival Nate walked me around the space and gave me detailed instructions of my room/booth. The area was very clean and calming. I loved the fact that I could choose between Pandora, Hulu, or Netflix during my appointment. Overall, I was very pleased with this experience and definitely want to purchase a plan in the near future.

Wonderful first visit! Staff was very friendly, gave a mini tour, and took the time to fully explain how things worked in my private sauna room. Never having been to an infrared sauna before, I wasn't sure what to expect as far as heat and comfort levels go. The first few minutes I was in the sauna I thought, "No. No I do not like this at all." But after that initial reaction I adjusted to the heat and didn't think about it again until there were just over 10 minutes on the timer. By that time I was sweating more than I do during an intense workout and had to make a mental effort to stick it out. Glad I did! The cool towel was the icing on the cake at the end and I felt amazing for the rest of the evening. It's unfortunate that this location is 30 minutes from where I live because I would definitely get a membership if one were closer. Here's to hoping their next sauna is in the Bellevue/Papillion area!

What a great way to relax after a long week! I didn't know what to expect when I made my appointment, but it was better than I imagined! Each sauna is located in separate private rooms, and every room is provided with a TV to use for watching shows or listening to music. The controls within the saunas allow you to control the temperature as well as change the light colors. Once I had everything set to my liking, I got to sit back, throw on a Netflix show, and relax in privacy. After the session, a cold eucalyptus towel was provided and felt so good against my skin. Perspire definitely feels like a luxurious top-notch sauna studio, and I would love to return in the future!

It was a great experience. I loved the individual sauna pod experience. This is great during the COVID times. I reached the counter and the person there explained me the sauna functions very nicely and clearly. The pods were clean and nice. You have complete access to Netflix, prime and YouTube for your entertainment. The pods have different lighting as per your needs. It was a relaxing experience for me and I sweat a lot to my benefit. The towels provided were also clean and fresh. In all it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend to people who are a little skeptical bcoz of Covid. FYI : Do bring your water bottles to keep yourself hydrated.

First timer here. My only sauna experience is with gyms and this is a more personalized, more sanitary and private experience. You get 40 minutes in the sauna with a variety of Chromotherapy light options. You have access to a TV that has Netflix, YouTube and Pandora and they have speakers in the sauna for you to enjoy whatever you're watching. I pulled up the calm piano playlist on YouTube, laid on my back, put a towel over my eyes and relaxed. I had to take break in between to hydrate because wheww... I was sweating. Once I was done I felt rejuvenated. Why? Because the blood in my body is flowing like as if I just got done with a nice jog. They have this wet eucalyptus towel that you can use at the end of your session and woowww it gave me so much life. You can become a member and sign up for a contract for a reduced rate. I picked the 2 month for 4x a month contract due the cost and it being something easy to commit to for the winter. Tips: 1. Hydrate before, during and after 2. Loose fitted clothing is best. Like what others have said, you will still be sweating afterwards and be pretty warm for awhile. 3. Don't do this on an empty stomach. It's not the end of the world if you don't eat but you'd be a lot more comfortable if you did have a snack prior. 4. Be courteous of others in regards to the TV volume 5. Bring some deodorant if you're not going straight home

What an amazing experience today at Perspire! It was so relaxing and cool trying something different. The personal sauna room was private, clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly. During your session, you can set your own temperature and pick the color lights/chromatography you feel, which can also be changed any time throughout your session. I enjoyed the spa music rotation on Pandora, but you can also listen to your own music or watch a show if you so desire. The cold eucalyptus towel at the end was a refreshing touch. I was a little hesitant at first, but now my only regret was forgetting my water in the car because I thought a cold drink would have been perfect while I was sweating it out! It was very relaxing and peaceful. I really enjoyed my visit today and hope to do it again soon!

This experience was amazing! I felt so good in the sauna session. The staff was super kind and informative. I would definitely recommend to a friend to check it out. It was clean, secure and they have a tv for you to use while in the sauna. Towels are provided. I don't live close enough to get a membership but I will forsure go from time to time. First time users get a discount!

Wow! We've probably all been in a sauna at one point or another but the fact that this is private as well as the the light therapy was an experience I have never had before. Just to get the awkward part out of the way, you can get naked, you're in a room all by yourself, the door to your private room locks, and it states on the little pamphlet to get undressed. The amount of sweat coming out of your body you won't want to be wearing clothes. I made the mistake of wearing compression leggings. I am sure I would've been able to get dressed afterwards much faster had I worn sweatpants or something more loosely fitting. I was able to watch The Office while in the sauna as a distraction from how hot it was. You do have temperature control inside the sauna and can open the sauna door at any time if you need to cool down. Towels are provided, even a cool towel with eucalyptus for when you're done. Go try this! It was awesome! They also have waters and Grove juices for sale.

The actual facial I received here was incredible. I would call VALO a demi spa in that it has some amenities, but not that many. They do have a nice locker room and offer spa style robes and sandals, and you can take a shower after your service if you like, but they don't have a hot tub, a sauna, a steam room, etc. Their robes were pretty size inclusive, the biggest one I saw was a two XL. The facial room itself was nicely appointed, and had a feature I haven't seen in a long time, which was a little light display on the ceiling that was very soothing. The facial bed/table was very comfortable and ergonomic. The facialist was warm and friendly, but professional. She spoke to explain things as she was doing them, and to warn me when something would be cold or bright, but didn't speak so often that I felt like she was interrupting my Zen. I can tell she was very well trained, and her massage technique was excellent. Her hands felt experienced, and the way she moved from treatment to treatment was seamless. The only thing I noticed that could be improved upon was the volume of the music in the lobby. I really like the music they had, which was sort of a more modern spa track, but as the receptionist was giving me the tour, she spoke with her back to me and between that and the music I couldn't hear what she was saying.

I usually go for facials, and I love the Swedish Maria Åkerberg products they use. These are also available for purchase. Halle is a wonderful aesthetician, and I always feel so refreshed and relaxed when I leave. They provide the robe and slippers, and have lockers to keep your belongings in during the appointment. The locker room also has a shower, and some complimentary hair products and deodorant available for use. Everyone is always so friendly, and the prices are really comparable to other spas in town. To my knowledge though, this is the only place of its kind in town - a true, stand alone day spa. Definitely go if you're looking for some quality "you time".
