Few minutes later, around 3:40pm, I opened the door and went to the front asking if Janet knew I was there and the receptionist seemed embarrassed and said "yes, I will go back and talk to her". I went back to the room again and at this point, their conversation continued angain about personal matters and Janet had no respect for a client waiting for an hour. Extremely disappointing. 5 minutes pass by and I left the room and passed them still chatting in the hallway with no consideration. I told the receptionist I was leaving and she looked so embarrassed because she could see and hear what was happening. I thought maybe they will realize what they did and call to apologize. We call three times, no answer and we knock and nothing. Mind you, we could literally hear them talking behind the door. We even wait 5 minutes, and nothing. At that point I don't feel comfortable receiving services from them and we leave. I kid you not, 10 minutes later we get a text message saying they're ready for us. at that point I call them and explain what just happened. The receptionist plays dumb like she didn't know why the door was locked. I wish them a good day and hang up. Anyways, we requested a refund from Groupon. Stay away. The whole thing gave scam vibes.
