It doesn't sit right with me that their policy puts employees' health at risk just to make money. Policies should have some common sense built in. This left a bad impression on me and if you're a mom, or anyone who could have anything unexpected pop up I'd consider this before booking your appointment. When emailing the manager they said that their cancelation policy is firm and they are not going to waive the fee, so I will be going to my appointment and unfortunately risking the employees to my fever/strep. I was super relaxed and I haven't been worried about covid because her studio is extremely clean. She has a HEPA Filter and she told me she uses blue light sanitation. When she was closed I ordered one of her facial kits for delivery. I got multiple facials out of it and it was great for quarantine self care.
