Had excellent experienes in the past was unsatisfied with last two times.
Dropped computer off on a Tuesday at noon with a tech and was told it should be done on Friday. The computer was not done on Saturday and that was ok; but my wife was told it would be done on Monday. Went to the shop on Monday 30 minutes before the shop closed and was told the computer was not done. The tech said that he had said that it would be done but he did not say the word GUARANTEED. Being told that since the computer was not GUARANTEED to be done released the tech of his responsibility to have the work done by when he said it would did upset me. The tech told me how slow my computer was and compared it to a cheap car. I admit I don't know alot about computers but it was bought 3 years ago from future shop, it has an intel i3 core and was not the cheapest computer (we wanted something that would last a few years).
Yes this did upset me and it is possible that I overreacted.
Tech then says, let me check the table and low and behold it was done and just sitting there.
I felt like complaining to the owner George but decided to let it slide.
My computer was still very slow so I went back to the shop to speak to George. I wanted to speed up my computer or to buy a new one.
Upon entering the store George was upset.
1. Someone told him that I said that HE had GUARANTEED the computer to be done.
He did not believe me however when I explained that I had never told anyone that he had guaranteed anything to me.
This seemed like his biggest concern to me but he also mentioned;
2. I caused a ruccus in his store. (only the two techs and me in the store and they appeared like they could care less).
I am writing this because George was evidently lied to by his staff.
Also, we have always been more than happy until the last two visits.
I just quietly left the store when George asked me to leave.
