I am an art student who did a pencil drawing of a family member who died two days after I completed and dated my work. I wanted it transferred to canvas and framed, for his widow. It shows two people walking. Very symbolic and meaningful. Would you believe that the back wire was attached to the bottom part of the frame, and unevely?? Now I have to open the packaging, correct this inexcusable error and hand over a gift that will look amateur and sloppy. The original packaging was well done but sadly I certainly won't be able to present it that way. I contacted customer service and they said that this rarely happens, with their apologies. I ordered a Custom Print with Canvas n' Decor on November 28. It was a special Custom Order Print for my elderly father for Christmas. It was a wood print with a photo of him and I in the background, and a poem written overtop of the photo. The proof looked amazing, and I was very excited to get this in for him for Christmas. I had not heard anything about my order so was getting concerned. I followed up December 11, and their response was that I will get this shortly before Christmas. On December 18, I still had not received any kind of confirmation that the product had been shipped. When I followed up, I was told that I would receive it by the end of the week. Finally I received it late December 22. When I opened it, the product received looked nothing like the print. The photo of my father and I was so faded that you couldn't even see it in the light. This left me scrambling days before Christmas to find something else meaningful for my Dad. When I contacted Canvas n' Decor about my displeasure, this was the response received: "The image provided is a very light background. Even just looking at the image on the screen you have difficulty seeing the background. This is normal if you want to have text over the image. You want to see the text first. Our printer did a good job from what we can see. It matched the image that was provided. If you darken the background image you will lose the text and things may look muddled. The issue with this image could be more the layout of the image. If you like to see the two things clearly one should not be on top of the other." I will, unfortunately, be out the cost of this product and will have to order this with a company that values their customers and is happy to work with them. I am shocked that this meaningful gift to my father has left such a sour taste due to Canvas n' Decor, and I would NOT recommend using them for any type of custom product. read more

Canvas n'Decor was recommended by a contact when I was looking for an online option in Canada. I had a photograph that I wanted printed on canvas for my father's birthday. I recently ordered a 36 x 48 canvas print for my living room from this company. I was lost for words when I received the print. Their quality was exceptional, the wrapping and overall stretching of my print was perfect! These guys did an outstanding job all around. Their prices are a bit higher than Costco and some other online retailers that I have used in the past but those companies cannot match this London-based company. Their quality is is top notch and the prices are more than reasonable when considering the level of service and quality craftsmanship. I received my print the next day, there doesn't seem to be any other company around that I know of that offers this level of service. Two thumbs up! I recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a canvas printing service. read more
