It's one thing to be busy--it's another to be utterly unresponsive and leave your clients in the dark. I understand he's popular in certain circles, especially for getting people large returns--but I have to wonder about the legality and accuracy of those filings. His tone completely changed and he abruptly told me in a condescending manner we are not a good fit because they are saturated with tax preparation clients and he's looking for clients who want investment management.
